My first experience with VA Tire and Auto of Ashburn on Parkhurst Plaza was an excellent one. I can only hope the rest continue like that.Customer Service was outstanding by Larry, Zack, Greg and all. Jeff the mechanic I had was extremely knowledgeable , friendly and professional to work with. Just overall fantastic experience. NEw in the area I will highly recommend them to my neighbors, coworkers and friends. thank you all! more

I wish that my vehicle was not having the problems it was that caused me to being it into VA tire, but the staff here make each visit a pleasure. They are extremely courteous and professional. They had my vehicle's service finished before they had promised it would be done. I would highly recommend this shop for any of your automotive needs more

The only reason why I did not rate a 5 star is because the guys in the front did not acknowledge customers while we waited to be helped. A "I will be right with you" always signals to the customer that they are finishing up and will be with you promptly. :) more

The guys down at VA Tire & Auto are FANTASTIC! They are honest & do great work in a timely manner. They have a wonderful shuttle service and really go out of their way to make their customers happy. We will never go anywhere else! more

My car was serviced correctly. I had an issue with the amount of my tires as compared to Tire Rack prices and that was resolved quickly and fairly. Steve was very professional and friendly. I am a regular customer who appreciates your personal touch. Thanks, Chris more

Went in for service, was taken care of promptly, got everything fixed and was out within 2 hours for a whole grocery list of stuff (I saved up all the little annoying things until something serious came along). Kudos to Ed and his team! more

broken lug nut 10/11/2011

I have a vehicle with a lug nut cover not actual lug nuts. My car has been in there for service several times for service in the past. For whatever reason, they attempted to take off the "lug nuts" and cracked/broke the plastic off of one. I told them what had happened and they said are you sure it was like that when you dropped it off. I assume they took my word for it and said things like that do occasionally happen and apologized. They then hand wrote a note on my invoice of the issue. I'm not quite sure what that will do for me, it wasn't even noted in their system for any future reference. They did not offer to pay for the damage and said that they would not pay for the damage because they didn't know if this was previous damage. WOW. Be a true company and stand up and admit when you make a mistake and correct the problem and make it right. I am going to have a hard time recommending or returning to this facility again. more

Professional, courteous, and always speedy service. Drove in this morning for my annual safety and emissions inspections, and was on my way with a new sticker in about 30 minutes. Highly recommended! more

I'm still having a problem with my window, passenger's side, front. I guess I'll have to bring my car back to the shop. The problem might be the switch. But I would think that if a switch is going to wear out, the driver's side window switch would be defective first, given that it is used so much more frequently. Slan Abhaile more

Never Again. 10/10/2011

Brought my car here last year - not only did they perform completely different work on my car than I had requested, which resulted in irreparable damage to my 10 year old Saturn, I had to call them three separate times over two days to even get an update on what was going on - they kept passing me off and putting me on hold without admitting to the damage they had caused or even telling me I needed to start looking for a new ride. I relied on that car to get to and from work every day. I could not believe my eyes when I received an email from them last week reminding me to bring my poor car in to them for service - too bad after their service I could barely drive it down the street to Carmax to turn in. more

I've been a customer for years, but my review is based on my experience on 10/08/2011. Went around 8:30am for an emissions inspection on a Saturday, no cars in line, brief friendly chat with the guy who took my car, and I was in and out in 15 minutes. more

GOT IN AND GOT OUT- DROPPED THE CAR OFF THE NIGHT BEFORE AND PICKED IT UP THE NEXT AFTERNOON. DIDN'T TRY TO SELL ME OR FIND SOMETHING ELSE WRONG WITH THE CAR. i HAVE BEEN ALONG TIME CUSTOMER. more
