Excellent Customer Service 4/2/2014

VA Tire & Auto has excellent customer service. I came in for a last minute oil change on a Monday evening without an appointment and they were more than willing to squeeze me in. The oil change was completed in no time and they provided me with a thorough outline of my vehicle. I highly recommend them and will definitely be returning for my next vehicle service. more

Inspection on the last Sunday of the month 4/1/2014

While the wait was long (to be expected because I procrastinated) the service was great. I was able to take the courtesy shuttle home & accomplish things around the house while my car was inspected. When it was done they picked me up & I picked up my car - easy as that! I'll definitely be back. more

I always take my vehicles to Virginia Tire and Auto because they have great service and get the job done in a timely fashion. They are a bit expensive compared to other shops, but the convenience is worth it. more

The fantastic customer service begins on the phone when I first called. I was blown away by their helpfulness and sincerity. The shop is extremely friendly to customers and complete with complimentary coffee, big chairs, and a widescreen TV for those who choose to wait at the shop while their vehicle is under inspection. They told me 30 minutes and it was done in less than 10. more

It's nice to have a trusted place in the neighborhood to take my car when I need work. The team is knowledgable and helpful. It's an added bonus that the shop is within walking distance which makes it convenient to drop the car off when I need to have it looked it. more
