I went in to get all new tires and from the minute I walked in the team there was nothing but helpful. I've gotten work done here in the past and it's always been done with a smile and quickly. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of. I will continue to get my service done here. Great works guys!!! more

I usually come to VTA for routine auto services rather than the dealership because the service is fast and efficient. I don't have to give up an entire day waiting to get my cars back on the road, and if I have to leave one, there is always a friendly offer to have someone to run me home. more

These guys always take the time to explain their evaluation in detail and I don't get the feeling they are talking down to me because I'm a woman. They will work to get me the best price they can and if I find a lower price else where they meet it if possible. The service is efficient and I love that they will give you a ride if you need it when dropping off your car. more

I had very good service and the special price with the coupon was a bonus. The only hiccup was when I called to ask how long it wouls take, they said it would take about 35 minute and I could wait. After I got there they wanted me to leave it and I came back to pick it up a couple hours later. Even with that I will still return for other service I may need in the future. more

I was in last week to get an oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection. While I was unimpressed with how long it took (over 2 hours and it wasn't a long line), I was surprised at what I saw when they changed the oil. I'd paid for synthetic oil and the tech put regular oil in, but before I could say anything, he recognized the mistake, drained the regular oil, and replaced it with the synthetic. Maybe they were slow, but I'll take slow if it means they're honest. more

We always receive excellent service at Virginia Tire and Auto of Cascades. Most recently I took my car in for a Safety Inspection - I was in and out in 25 min. Staff is friendly, bathrooms are clean and there is TV to watch to pass the time.. I think the one of my biggest satisfiers occurs when I have work done that takes time (hours to 1/2 day) - they will give me a ride home and they will also come pick me up when my car is ready. That is huge. Thx! more

Had an oil change and needed two light bulbs replaced. Service was professional, and when there was a small delay in finding my car key, manager waived the fees for the bulb changes without a prompt from me. Thanks, I'll be back. more
