Inspection experience 3/28/2014

Late in the month inspection went surprisingly quickly. Knew needed new tires soon and inspection confirmed it. Friendly employees and comfortable waiting area. more

Friendly and honest service has been a pattern and it is nice to have a business that can be trusted to take good care of your car. the manager - Jerry - is a gem and has always treated my wife and daughter withj kindness and respect. more

Easy Tire Repair 3/13/2014

I made my first visit to this shop recently. Coming out to my car early one morning to find a flat tire, I drove the car to the shop on the donut spare and, without an appointment, was able to have the car taken in right away. The shop and the showroom/waiting area were very clean (a good sign -- I like to see a clean shop) and the desk staff were friendly and helpful. My tire was plugged and remounted in short order, and at a reasonable price. All around, a very pleasant experience. more

Friendly service but one small issue 3/13/2014

I've gone to VA Tire & Auto Springfield 3x now (tires, oil changes, and AC check) and I haven't had any *bad* experiences. However, this last time when I went for an oil change and AC check, they called to say my car was done so I asked what was wrong with my AC. The customer service rep inquired of his manager and then told me that it was still in process. Had I not asked, I would've gone to pick up my car and the requested work would not have been done. My suggestion: make sure you don't jump the gun when calling customers to avoid possible customer conflicts. I'm glad I asked. Otherwise, service has been great. People are friendly. I'll continue to go back. more
