I've gone to VA Tire & Auto Springfield 3x now (tires, oil changes, and AC check) and I haven't had any *bad* experiences.
However, this last time when I went for an oil change and AC check, they called to say my car was done so I asked what was wrong with my AC. The customer service rep inquired of his manager and then told me that it was still in process. Had I not asked, I would've gone to pick up my car and the requested work would not have been done. My suggestion: make sure you don't jump the gun when calling customers to avoid possible customer conflicts. I'm glad I asked.
Otherwise, service has been great. People are friendly. I'll continue to go back.
