The customer service for this business is absolutely horrible \r

Two weeks prior to my reception I showed a picture and was promised the flowers I had in my original bouquet in HI. The owner told me that it was not a problem to get the flowers. I paid for bouquet and corsages (that were over priced) up front. Two days prior to the reception I called to verify the order and stopped in again to show a picture of the bouquet. The owner came out with the flowers I did not order. I asked why she didn't contact me sooner so I could pick something else out. She lied and claimed she did. She told me that she had contacted 4 warehouses and they did not have them in stock. (Another lie). At this point I was very upset, I picked out other flowers to replace them. I went to another florist just to verify what she had told me, She said that she had heard a lot of complaints about Virgina Donnolo's. I showed her the picture I had showed Virgina, She told
