Craig and your staff did an amazing job, and took care of all of my issues. I have had several contractors come in the past, to try and repair what was wrong, and had not been fixed before. the installed my fence in a very poor way, shorter top post, shorter panels tucked in the top post, and now to fix it i have to pay for it when i already paid 10000 for my fence...the best the awful customer service, the GM told me "if you wanted fix is this much if not, call someone else" way to go crooks! never...never ....never again i will buy from them...all crooks they take your money and run! more

We installed our fence with them, and asked for a sliding gate instead of the regular one... well, took more than 4 months for them to finish the installation, many calls and complains. With the first storm the gate parts were half of block down the street. A couple of months to get them to fix it. Now the fence is 4 years old and the color of the vinyl is changing to a ugly beige, when we were visited by the sales man he said that the fence was not made out of cheap vinyl that changes the color with time... so, you go figure what kind of vinyl we got. Not only not very impressed, but extremely disappointed. Would not recommend them to anybody. Pros: none that I can think of. Cons: Very disorganized, slow customer service (during installation and after) response. more

I had a gate installed that was not core cut into the cement, now it's loose and they want over $100 just to come out and look at it..It's only 3 years old! Not very impressed. more
