Have never purchased jewelry from Vincents, but I did take a ring of the wives in for some sizing. The young woman who helped me was very friendly and professional and the ring was done ahead of time and to perfection. When and if I ever do need to purchase jewelry or get something repaired again Vincent's will be my first stop. more

After a nightmare i had with jared's someone recomended this place to me. I went there and found a ring my wife would love, however the size was incorrect. I thought ok here we go again, i am going to have to wait 60 days. Nope they were ableto resize this ring in 3 days and got me the perfect ring and just in time for my wife's b-day. Great people, great service. I think they will be my new jeweler from now on. more

I've had the pleasure of doing business with Vincent's Jewelers several times in recent years, including with our son when he bought his fiance's engagement ring. The coaching and personal service we got from Leo Anglo was first-rate; his patience, knowledge, and service-orientation made the experience a great one for all of us. So much so, in fact, that our son took his new wife back to Vincent's to introduce her to the staff there, when he was in town for the holidays. We couldn't be happier with the value, the integrity, and the service that Vincent's delivered. more

I just want to thank you for everything and let others know how happy I am with Vincent's Jewelers. I first went to you 8 years ago to buy my fiancee a diamond pendent for her wedding gift. She loves it. Since then I have purchased several items and then one day I took her and my daughter in and they gave you their wish list for the future. This has made shopping for my wife and daughter so much easier. I know they are going to love whatever I get them and that I am getting a fair price. more

I was very happy with the quality of service and jewelry I received from Marc Savory at Vincents Jewelers. I had a pretty good idea of what I was interested in and Marc was able to go right to the catalog of thousands of rings to show me what he could special order for me. Would definitely shop here again. more

What a joke of a place.Went in with a ring i bought from a well Known Jeweler in St.louis..Lady offered me less than i had been offered by 3 other places for just the scrap gold.Told me my oval diamonds were not of any value.Funny because i paid over 3,000 8 years ago for and as far as i know diamonds and gold havenotlost any value. more

Soo great! 1/9/2012

Recently, I went to Vincent's Jewelers to sell gold and had a wonderful experience. I felt the entire process was handled very professionally, but more importantly, I felt very comfortable that I got a more than fair quote - since I had checked several other places. Leo was informative, thorough and professional - and quickly gained our complete trust - he really knows his stuff. Never any issues with Vincent's 12/30/2010

I have buying jewelery and having repairs done with Vincent's since 1990. I have always found them to be very professional and their pricing to better than the rest. They have always gone out of their way to make me happy and stand behind everything that they sell. Compare pricing for yourself and you will not be disappointed more

My family and I have shopped at Vincent's for years and have always had a great experience. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and I've been very happy with my purchases. I did have a small pave' stone fall out of my ring after several months. Leo fixed it, at no charge, while I waited. The customer service is excellent. more

The level of service from Vincent's is above most other jewelers. From the moment I walked into this place I knew I had found something special. Here are a few important things that I noticed the first time I went in....\r \r Clean store\r Sales person was Friendly and Honest\r Great Selection!!\r I was offered something to drink \r I was not pestered with aggressive sales tactics\r Everyone there was nice and very knowledgable!!\r The prices were very fair for what I was looking for\r There were several options for me to choose from (like custom design).\r I felt comfortable there\r \r These guys are fantastic and I would highly recommend them. more

Was referred by a friend when I needed to purchase an anniversary gift. i was so impressed with the customer service and quality of the jewelry I purchased that I go to Vincent's every year now. I would recommend these guys to anyone. They do the job right. more

As quoted by Vincent's Jewelers comment on themselves: \r "We are different than most businesses, we don't hide or remove reviews. Real reviews is how you learn about a company. Many companies today make up and pad their reviews. You can easily spot these, as they all sound the same. "\r \r I have reviewed Vincent's Jewelers negatively also on other sites. They might not "edit" these reviews--because they didn't post them and therefore cannot--but they will "remove them". To quote Mr. Anglo from his response to my review on another site:\r "I can share many more of these "reviews" that she has posted, and were removed. " \r \r The reviews were not removed by me. They were removed by him and Vincent's Jewelers complaining to the website.\r \r His responses to my legitimate complaints devolved into attacks and claims I am attacking them maliciously. Clearly we disagree on the events that occurred. He told me to spend my time helping others because I could do some good. Aside from not knowing more
