Shortly before my fianc? and I got engaged we went together to look for my engagement ring. The first store was great but we didn't feel a personal connection. We didn't know then that it would be important to have a connection until we walked into Vincent's and met Marc Savory. He made us feel like family and that he had our best interests in mind. He patiently went through what we were looking for and the four c's. He also said based on my career and everyday activity I should have a thicker wedding ring as not to ever loose the stone. I feel I'm not doing him justice but he was truly one of the nicest most genuine people I have met. We have already gone back to find our wedding bands and cannot wait to work with Marc again! more

Marc was AMAZING in helping me and my now-husband find engagement and wedding bands that suited our personality and our budget. He made the process so easy and was seriously the nicest, most low-pressure salesperson I have ever interacted with. Because my experience was so good, Vincent's was the first place I thought of when buying my matron of honor gift - a lovely pair of designer earrings my MOH loved! I'll definitely be back! more

Very friendly staff. Went in for a repair and loved the section of pre owned Rolex watches. I was tempted on one Rolex and one diamond ring. Their service at Vincent's is Top Notch! Marc is a polite and very knowledgable salesman. I will add, when discussing the diamond ring, he did knock $600 off the price for me. They will bargain a little. Maybe next time I am in I will buy something, if the price is right! more

In working with Leo, I found him very knowledgeable, friendly and fair. There was no pressure to buy anything and the store has a very diverse selection of beautiful jewelry. I could look for hours at all the gorgeous pieces. I will definitely shop this store again. more

I'm a very reasonable person, but very particular in what I like. I was a little uncomfortable looking for wedding rings but Marc Savory made me feel very comfortable and was able to help me find exactly what I wanted and in my price range. The rings I chose had to be special ordered and still came very quickly (6 bus days)! I was really having a hard time deciding on what size would be comfortable on my finger as I am prone to fingers swelling a little. Marc helped me figure out the right size and it was perfect! Definitely would return to this store when the need arises. more

I have been buying from them for years, and referring all my family and friends there. Everyone at Vincent's is extremely professional, and I have remained a loyal customer because they have ALWAYS bent over backwards to make sure I was 110% satasified with every transaction! I have friends accross the country who buy jewewlry from Vincent's. In fact, I am in Minnesota, and I will buy from Vincent's rather than any local jeweler here. Vincent's is trustworthy, provides excellent customer service and always a fair price, which I find MUCH less than any of the local jewelers or ""mall"" jewelers. I will continue to recommend Vincent's without hesitation! more

I was referred to Leo at Vincents by a two friends who both purchased there wedding rings and engagement rings from Leo. I have recently purchase an engagement ring, wedding band and a pair of earrings for my Fiance. I was given a very high level of customer service. I was able to pick out the diamond for my Fiance's ring. It was fun and exciting and the entire staff was wonderful to work with. They were happy to provide me with all of the paper work needed to insure my items and even faxed the paper work to State Farm for me. Thank you to Leo and staff for a wonderful experience! more

Great service from Mario he found us the Emerald cut we wanted and made the setting from a picture we provided! All in all dropped $15,000 on a ring and the best part they ran the FULL amount on my debit card!! Most places won't run a debit card (or a credit card for that matter) for that much, they did it without questions! It made sense to do it this way because it was a great deal and financing would mean it cost more, not to mention all the $ sitting in the bank. Thanks to Vincent's for a great start to our forever! more

I have dealt with these people, they got the extra mile. They truly find solutions for those needing to sell their jewelry. I was of the mind set to just sell my jewelry to save my house. Leo insisted that I let him try to sell some of the better items on consignment. I told him I had no time, he said he could broker out a few of the pieces to dealers and collector type people. I went to 6 other places, and had a list of 3 more to go . . but I felt that he was my angel, and should give him a chance. In one week he got me more than two times the price anyone offered on the items. more

I've done business with Vincent's since they opened in the Paul Brown Building in downtown St. Louis. They have always been fair and treated me with professional courtesy. I thought enough of them to follow them to their transition location on Olive before they moved to their present location. I might not be their biggest or best customer but each time I have done business with them, I receive the same great service, trusted advise, quality jewelry and respect. more

My experience with Leo and Vincent's Jewelers was extremely positive. I needed to sell a piece of jewelry. Leo sat with me and explained all my options. Took his time and I was not rushed. Answered questions. None of the other dealers I had taken the piece to had taken the time as Leo did. I feel blessed that I went to Vincent's and I met Leo. Professional 100%! I would highly recommend anyone who has jewelry to sell to go to Vincent's. You will be very happy with the service. Please meet with Leo! I feel I've found a new friend. more
