Villas Apartments

Do not rent here!! I have never seen rent increases like they do to tents after the first year people live here. They know it is a pain to move or they raise rent 25% after the first year. The leases basically make you pay for all wear and tear to the home. We were close with many of the residences on the villas, since you can hear them through the walls, and everyone left due to growing cost some people went from $1650 to $1950 after the first year. Who does that?? They say its based on demand at that time.. Also, they also charge you approximately $150-175 in Common fees on top of power and on top of rent. Due your self and favor and rent somewhere else. I am sure they will try to respond to this, but believe me, we were tempted too and now sorry like many others.....not worth the $1950+ in rent, plus $150 in commons.
