The office staff is rude and do not know their own clients. We had three dogs all had been seen at this clinic. One of the dogs had some dental work and routine tests and shots done with a bill of over 500 dollars. Over the next couple of days the other two dogs were screened for heart worms and given shots. About one week later I placed an order for some meds on online. Of course I listed the vet so they could confirm all tests required had been conducted. This turned out to be a problem as the office staff claimed my dogs were not patients. After several calls and being treated like I was some kind of idiot for ordering the meds online I changed vets.
