\r I had absolutely no problems here. I found the people working at Village cleaners to be incredibly helpful and surprisingly upbeat (HI! HELLO! THANK YOU!).\r \r One thing I really liked was that I dropped off my suit, pants, and a shirt for the next day but then after an hour or so after dropping off my order I realized I needed the suit by the evening. They were able to give me the suit back (cleaned) by the end of the shift! That was very nice of them. Everything was professionally taken care of and the price was not expensive. I'll be back to get my clothes dry cleaned, thank you!\r more

I am glad we have a good drycleaners in our neighborhood. Cleaning and service is always of best quality more

This place is ridiculous...I purchased a Groupon offered 2 weeks ago for '$90 Toward a Bridal Gown Cleaning'. When I attempted to use the Groupon yesterday, the lady working said that I would need to pay an additional $30 to have my dress cleaned. I understand that most wedding dresses should cost more, but my dress is a simple sheath dress with no embellishments or design on it - and it was only worn for about an hour at most so it wasn't soiled or stained either. I told the lady working there that I would understand the $90 for the cleaning but more than that was unreasonable for the dress that I have. She said she would have to charge me for a full dress cleaning which started at $120, and there was no way around it. Her tone was rude and cold, so I told her I would call Groupon to get my money back for the voucher and I would not be using there services in the future. I also brought in a petticoat that needs to be cleaned, which was worn under my formal wedding gown. The lady working there said they had no price for a petticoat, or as she kept calling it ""the thing behind the dress???"". I was told I would need to pay the dress cleaning charge ($120) for that as well - ridiculous! I will never visit this dry cleaners again. They are over priced and their customer service is awful! more

Village Cleaners does great eco-friendly cleaning. I bring my drycleaning and laundry often at this location. They do not use perc in their dry cleaning process, the clothes always smell clean and fresh. The texture of the clothes is soft and not rough like other dry cleaners. more
