We listened to all of you that had a bad experience, and we have initiated some significant improvements throughout our community including-\r
1. Building-wide k-9 bedbug inspections with timely, free-of-charge treatment.\r
2. Upgraded our courtesy patrol service with top of the line guards. \r
3. We offer free daytime guest parking with overnight parking passes also available.\r
4. Our staff is required to participate in a monthly training session that is focused around customer service and communication. \r
