Ziggy had a herniated disc but was helped by iTherm treatments.\r My German Shepherd Ziggy is 11 years old and was wobbly on his hind legs and very sensitive to touch in his low back and hips. I could tell it was hard for him to hike his leg. I took him to see Dr. Ceravolo at Village Animal Hospital thinking he would have to have surgery or even that I might have to put him down before long. It would break my heart but I will not let him suffer. I was so relieved when Dr. Ceravolo proposed an alternative that might help him. Ziggy has received 6 iTherm treatments now and he is steady on his hind legs and walking normally. I can stroke him on his back and hips now and he enjoys it instead on wincing at my touch. I could not be happier with Dr. Ceravolo and the iTherm treatments.\r more

Cold Laser Therapy helped my old arthritic cat.\r Frisbee is my arthritic old cat (but my first and most loved). Frisbee used to take medicine for it but my old vet said after a blood test that Frisbee should stop taking it because it was starting to make him sick. I learned from a friend about the cold laser treatment Dr. Ceravolo was doing at Village Animal Hospital and thought I’d give it a try. To my amazement it works great! After 3 treatments now Frisbee is much less irritable and more playful. I am thrilled with the results and so very grateful to Dr. Ceravolo and her staff. more

Betsie had a scary lump on her side!\r My 9 year old cat Betsie had a big lump under the skin on her side so I took her in to see Dr. Ceravolo at Village Animal Hospital. I was worried that it was cancer. Dr. Ceravolo checked Betsie out thoroughly and thank heavens the growth was benign. Dr. Ceravolo has done a lumpectomy surgery so my worries are over and Betsie is fine. I really appreciate the good care Betsie received and also the relief Dr. Ceravolo gave to me. Excellent vet and 24/7 care – my highest recommendation.\r more

Whiskers my cat was having trouble walking after a bad fall while running across my hardwood floor and skidding into the wall. He was limping badly for several days, so I took him in to see Dr. Denise who recommended several iTherm therapy treatments. I could hardly believe it, but Whiskers was walking more easily after the first treatment! Wow! He’s had 3 treatments now and is almost back to his old self with no limping. I couldn’t be happier with the results, and Dr. Denise and her staff are wonderful. I highly recommend Village Animal Hospital. more

Dr. Denise recommended Hydrotherapy Rehabilitation sessions for my senior (and overweight) dog Cody after a surgery on his leg. He just loves to go swimming with the Vet Tech in their heated salt water therapy pool. Cody is getting friskier and playing like his old self. I can see in his eyes that he feels better after each session. Who says therapy can’t be fun! more

My 12-year old dog, Oscar could barely walk. His back legs had almost stopped working and I was afraid we might have to put him down. We had seen the commercials for the iTherm treatments at Village Animal Hospital, so my wife called and they got Oscar in the same day. We had to carry him into the hospital. Dr. Denise gave him a treatment that morning and then we brought Oscar back for a second treatment about 5:00 PM. After the second treatment, Oscar could walk to the car on his own – it was amazing! Oscar had 4 more treatment sessions, and now he can walk and he even plays with his ball. We are so grateful to Dr. Denise and all the great staff, especially Anthony, who helped Oscar to walk again!!! \r more

My dog Samson got to where he couldn’t walk without pain. He didn’t want to do anything, because to try to walk hurt him. We took him to Dr. Denise at Village Animal Hospital in Jericho, and after 9 treatments with the I-Therm unit, Samson is now walking just great! He can’t wait to take a walk now. Thanks to Dr. Denise and all the staff at Village Animal Hospital for giving Samson back his ability to walk! more
