My 9 year-old Lab Tracy has just finished a series of iTherm treatments for his sore back and slight limp and I am very pleased with the results. We have a new rescue puppy named Jackie who has been pestering Tracy endlessly wanting Tracy to play with her but Tracy just was not up for it. I can tell he feels much better now because he is tolerating Jackie much better and is willing to chase and play with her. It gives me great joy to see Tracy romping a bit with the overly exuberant Jackie. The iTherm treatments Tracy got have proven just wonderful for the happiness of our little family. Many thanks to Dr. Denise for offering this great therapy. more

The care by Dr. Denise and her staff for each of our pets has been outstanding. From the time I walk in the door, the staff is friendly and helpful. Waiting time is minimal. Once in the exam room the techs review their understanding of the visit, are gentle and are helpful with any questions. I've had experience with each of the techs, and each is thorough, informative, and in no way have I ever felt rushed or left without an understanding of the exam or procedure. Dr. Denise is always terrific, no matter what the problem. We are extremely happy with the care provided our pets - and us – at Village Animal Hospital. more

I have 3 dogs and 1 cat currently. I have a soft heart and love animals so all 4 are rescues from animal shelters who have been cared for by Dr. Denise at Village Animal Hospital for years. Dr. Denise has always been very good to help me nurse my newly-adopted weak and sickly pups and kittens back to health and provide whatever is needed throughout their lives. I really appreciate the knowledge that I can bring any kind of veterinary problem to her and she always has the answer. Nice hospital, courteous staff, and excellent veterinary care. more

My experience with Village Animal Hospital and Dr. Denise over the past several years has been exceptional. Their hospital and staff as well as the care that Dr. Denise gives my 3 cats is always both pleasant and professional. I took my Persian in last week to see if something was wrong. It turned out that she had a urinary infection which needed treatment plus a change in diet and she is feeling better. I just wanted to say that having a great veterinarian is a big part of enjoying being a pet owner and I am grateful for the quality veterinary care I always receive. more

My Border Collie Bengy loves to chase – anything. He got away from me 2 weeks ago and sprained his back and right hip when he slipped and fell in the rain chasing another neighborhood dog. He could barely walk and it broke my heart seeing him hobble, so off we went the next day to see my wonderful vet Dr. Denise. She examined his injury and then gave him an iTherm deep heat treatment which seemed to help his muscle spasms right away – I could hardly believe it! Bengy has had 3 more treatments since then and is practically back to normal. This iTherm is an amazing therapy and I tell everyone about it because I have seen it work miraculously for my Bengy. Many thanks to Dr. Denise – I know I can always count on her expertise. more

I took my 9 year-old Sheltie “Buttons” to Dr. Denise 6 weeks ago to see if she had something to alleviate the stiffness and obvious pain he was having in his back and hips. He winced and quarreled when I petted him on his lower back and was slow and grumpy on his walks and he wanted to sleep way too much instead of playing like he used to. Buttons has had 5 iTherm treatments and has now been to their therapeutic pool with the warm salt water for exercise 3 times. He is feeling so much better and I am so happy with the results. I have always been happy with the exceptional care my Buttons has gotten at Village Animal Hospital but the results from the therapy regimen Dr. Denise put Buttons through has really impressed me. more

Dr. Ceravolo is the best veterinarian I have ever used. I always have 4-5 cats because I am a sucker for rescues. For the past 6 years I have been taking all my vet care issues to Dr. “Denise” and I have never been disappointed. No matter what the problem is, Dr. “Denise” always has an answer even for my older cats who need therapies not available at any other veterinary hospital I know of. My latest rescue kitten is named Pinky. She had internal parasites and was underweight when I got her. She is about 7 months old now. Pinky turned out to be one of my favorites once Dr. “Denise” got her healthy. Pinky is very playful and so sweet. It is amazing what good veterinary care can do to bring out the personality in my rescues and give them the happiest and best life possible. Many thanks to Dr. ”Denise” and all her staff. more

Village Animal Hospital has wonderful veterinary services. I have 3 small rescue dogs – one is getting old and arthritic so iTherm treatments are really helping, and one developed a chronic skin problem and has benefitted from Dr. Denise changing her diet to hypoallergenic food. I also have an old cat with urinary problems which require watching over. I do not know what I would do without Dr. Denise to keep my brood healthy. My little family is the most precious thing in my life and having a great veterinarian gives me peace of mind knowing that whatever they need, I know just where to go! I give my highest recommendation and my profound thanks to all the staff at Village Animal Hospital. more

My 4 year-old Persian cat Radar seemed to be having trouble urinating so I took her to Dr. Denise last week. I’m so glad I did not put this off because Dr. Denise said that the bad urinary tract infection she found could have spread to her kidneys and been fatal if left untreated. Dr. Denise gave her antibiotics and recommended a change in her diet. Radar has been on her medicine and new diet for 8 days now and is much better. I did not realize how dangerous urinary problems can be for cats. Thanks to Dr. Denise, now I know to be watchful for this kind of symptoms in Radar or the other 2 precious members of my feline family. Village Animal Hospital is great and Dr. Denise is my trusted vet. more

Dr. Denise at Village Animal Hospital has treated my German Shepherd 5 times now with iTherm for his back and hip stiffness. He could hardly walk before I took him in to see her and I thought surgery would be the only alternative because I have had him on Rimadyl for 2 years as prescribed by my previous veterinarian. I was thrilled to see the improvement in his ease of getting up, walking, and his desire to play after the iTherm treatments were started. I am so glad I went for a second opinion on treatment of his condition and I am delighted to have found a more state-of-the-art veterinarian that can keep my Thor active. more

My neighbor had a litter of Cocker Spaniel puppies and they were so cute I adopted 2 females and named them Cindy and Lucy. I had no pets so I did not have a veterinarian but my neighbor recommended that I go to Village Animal Hospital for their spaying and vaccinations. There I met Dr. Ceravolo (Dr. “Denise”) and her wonderful staff who treated us like royalty. My puppies got a thorough exam and Dr. Denise said they were very healthy pups. They have had their surgeries which went well and they have gotten their vaccinations now. She gave me some very good advice on how to feed them healthy food and care for their future needs like keeping them free of parasites and so I will be following her Wellness Care recommendations to the letter. I am confident that my new family members will get the best of care. I was very impressed with Village Animal Hospital and all they have to offer. My neighbor was right – I and my new babies really like Dr. Denise! more

I love Village Animal Hospital! Dr. Denise has been my vet since I went looking for a new veterinarian to care for my poodle who has an old back injury that did not seem to be getting better. After a short series of iTherm treatments two years ago, Fluffy showed dramatic improvement and has been doing well ever since. I take her in occasionally now for several treatments and she is active and playful like she was before her injury. So I take Fluffy and my Maltese T-Bone to Village Animal Hospital for all their recommended care and follow every bit of advice Dr. Denise gives me, right down to what dog food to feed them. I am very happy and grateful for the great care my dogs have received and recommend Dr. Denise to everyone. more

I have been taking my dogs to Village Animal Hospital since 1995, and I and my dogs have always had the best of veterinary care. The staff is wonderful -- they take great care of all of us. My dogs love Dr. Denise and enjoy the special attention they get. Duncan will be 14 months old on October 12th, and had a rough ""puppy"" start because of Giardia ... he became very friendly with everyone there at an early age. Thanks to Dr. Denise for his special care, and for the great service all my dogs have received. I am comforted to know that whatever my dogs need, they will be well taken care of at Village Animal Hospital. more

My Doberman needed surgery on her hip last month. I had braced myself for a long rehabilitation. Lilah is a big dog and I worried that I would have difficulty managing her until she could get around and comfortably do her outdoor necessaries. The surgery went well and Dr. Denise used oxygen and stem cell therapies to shorten her recovery period after surgery. Her recuperation was quicker than I expected and she is obviously feeling so much better. I recommend Dr. Denise to everyone. The multiple therapy options offered at Village Animal Hospital are just fantastic. Lilah had her first hydrotherapy treatment this morning and I could tell that she loved it. I am so pleased that Lilah is already starting to play again and acting like her younger self. more

A friend suggested I take my senior dog to Dr. Ceravolo to see if the iTherm treatments would help my Rascal after her dog had gotten such good results. Rascal is old and arthritic and takes Rimadyl every day so I thought nothing more would help him. Boy was I wrong! Not only is Rascal more active after 5 of the recommended 8 treatments, but Dr. Ceravolo says maybe we will be able to cut down on his medication. I am very pleased to find a therapy that works and so lucky that Village Animal Hospital is close by since they are the only ones in the area who have the iTherm therapy. more

Dr. Ceravolo is great and has been taking care of my Yorkie since I got her over 6 years ago. She really takes the time to answer all of my questions. My Yorkie had a pretty serious health scare when she was not even a year old and the care she received then and since then has been great. I can't imagine letting anyone else care for her. In fact even since I moved out of the area I still continue to bring her to Village Animal Hospital to see Dr. Ceravolo! more

Lady was always a frisky Shepherd mix but she started having pain and stiffness in her low back and hips and then took a fall down some stairs 2 weeks ago. Dr. Ceravolo recommended a series of iTherm treatments in the hopes of avoiding or at least delaying the need for surgery. To my delight, Lady started improving significantly after the second and third treatments and I think she will be in good shape by the end of her 6 recommended treatments. I’m so happy to see Lady playing again and so thankful to Dr. Ceravolo for offering an effective alternative to surgery. more

We adopted our first dog and went to Dr. Ceravolo at Village Animal Hospital for our initial vet visit. I decided that day to make her our vet. She was kind yet in control of our untrained dog. She taught me how to train him, care for him and be the best owner for our dog. Knowing nothing about raising a dog, I left with confidence, knowledge and a deeper love for our new adventure. She is the best choice as a vet. more

Duffy is my dear old arthritic Beagle who has been moving around slower and slower the last year and has hardly been willing or able to play fetch with his favorite ball for several months. He seemed tired all the time and he labored along on our walks. Dr. Ceravolo at Village Animal Hospital gave him a series of iTherm treatments over the last 3 weeks and I cannot believe the improvement. Duffy is happier and brighter in his eyes. I know he feels better because he is anxious to walk with me again. I am so grateful and I think Duffy looks forward to going to the vet now because he knows the treatments are helping him. The iTherm really works great! more

Stem Cell and Oxygen Therapies Helped Speed Clancy's Recover From Hip Surgery! My 11 year-old German Shepherd had to have surgery on his hip two weeks ago and I expected a long and difficult recovery period. I knew that Dr. Ceravolo is an excellent surgeon so I wasn’t worried about that part, just that my Clancy would be down and difficult to manage while we went through a slow and painful recovery. To my delight, Dr. Ceravolo used stem cell therapy and oxygen therapy to speed his post-surgical recovery. My dear boy is already walking comfortably and able to do his bathroom duties with more ease than he has for two years! I am so happy that Village Animal Hospital has all the state-of-the art therapies. Dr. Ceravolo has made a believer in alterative veterinary medical treatments out of me. more
