Great customer service And food!!! 12/19/2011

I booked a graduation party here and the lady was very helpful on the phone with directions and while booking our party. She showed us what her package includes and the assortment of food that comes along with her package. Everything was cost efficient and she worked within our budget. I can't wait for my daughter's graduation party. more

Terrible customer service and catering hall to transact with 12/15/2011

Terrible owner and customer service. No one returns my calls after I paid my deposit for renting. Owner very rude and can be heard yelling at her employees. more

Amazing Staff and Experience 12/14/2011

I went to my friend's wedding here at this Queens catering hall a few weekends ago. This Queens banquet hall was decorated so beautifully, and it was unexpectedly one of the nicest locations for a wedding. Something about it really takes me back. The ceremony was held inside and felt very nice and very intimate. Overall, this place is a very nice place for a Queens wedding hall, or Queens reception hall, and worth looking into whether it's for a Queens catering hall or a queens banquet hall. more

DO NOT HOST ANY EVENT HERE! Your meetings will be nice until you make a deposit and then it goes down hill. The owner is extremely rude and unprofessional, she lies and between her and her sister, they will promise things that they won't deliver. Avoid this place and go elsewhere if you want to host an event where you are not pulling your hair out. They will also nickle and dime you for everything...seriously! Which halls who caters charges you for china to eat your food on? more
