The staff in the office treat everyone as if they can not read, write or comprehend. The rent is cheap, and you do get what you pay for. BUT,the apartments are very small, you have your washer and dryer hook up in you kitchen, and there is barely room in the kitchen for a table!The maintenance can barely speak english, and when they do maintenance in your house, if they leave a mess, they do not clean it up! The parking is horrible! Some place have designated parking, where you have to have a permit, others only have street parking, and neighbors that have been there longer than you claim spots on the street parking, and park both their cars in front of your house, even though they really only need one car per household on the street! Parking..HORRIBLE! The play ground for children is a mess! I called to tell them this and they claimed their budget did not allow for them to clean/fix up the playground! The fences and swings are broken, little thugs tag up the slides and benches! It is
