Customer service conspicuous by its absence 3/7/2009

To be fair, the food was not bad, and portions were generous, but would caution against expecting any customer service. In my last visit, I went there with some friends, and the owner started shouting over a very trivial issue. Not pleasant, and I'm not going back there. Greatest food in Madison! 10/16/2006

This is my favorite restaurant ever! Being a Lao/Thai restaurant, the menu is somewhat different than your typical Thai restaurant. But you can't go wrong with just about everything they offer. There are lots of vegetarian options, and you can choose the level of spiciness for every dish. Beware- when they say spicy, they mean it- four stars is too hot for most mere mortals. The atmosphere leaves something to be desired, and the service can be spotty, but don't let that keep you from checking it out- it is well worth it! Pros: Amazing food Cons: Atmosphere more
