Video To Go

My sister in law and I went into Video To Go, and the young lady behind the counter was very nice and helpful. While there is not a huge selection of DVD's, they do have some of the newer releases and when your in a pinch it just might work out for you. The one thing I will say, is that they sell used DVD's cheap. I bought Batman Begins for $5.50. Maybe if more of us used Video's To Go - we could get more of a selection in there. more

Video To Go doesn't have much of a selection, but they are very close to my house and convenient, so I went there for many years. I never had any problems. Then one time I rented five movies that weren't due back for a week. We watched them all in two days, so I took them back early and rented some more. I returned the second set and was going to rent more, but was informed that I owed late fees for the five I turned in early. They demanded fifteen bucks in late fees before I could rent anymore and would not even listen to reason. I was told I would have to talk to the owner to get it resolved. I tried telling them to look at my record there. I rarely had late movies and when I did I always paid my late fees, but this was insane. I know for a fact those movies were not late. The manager was totally uncooperative and borderline belligerent. I got the same results when i spoke to the owner. I will never go back there. more
