I was seen at a local ER with very high blood pressure and chest pain and was dismissed without those issues ever being triaged or examined. I tried to press the issue with the ER physician, however, he ignored my concerns. The very next week I made it to my appointment with Victory Health and they not only saw my issue without my saying a word, but they gave me a perscription and the very next day made a reerral appointment with a cardiologist. I am very impressed with Victory Health Partners clinic. I have further needs from them and I surely will not go without help again. Thank you Victory Health Partners! more

Well, I have no insurance after loss of job and sent my 21-year-old daughter there to see the Ob-Gyn nurse practitioner at their office after an Ob-Gyn doctor had ordered tests we could not afford. After waiting hours, my daughter finally saw none other than Dr. Lightfoot, who I am sorry to say performed no exam and doodled the entire time with his pencil drawing circles around blocks on a form. When I called to find out why she did not see the ObGyn, I was told you have to specifically request the doctor you want to see when you sign in. When I called their office, I had made the appointment with specific request for Ob-Gyn and my daughter received no treatment whatsoever. When I called their office I was told that Dr. Lightfoot thought she was seeing an Ob-Gyn already. Well, why did she go there in the first place? If I had the money to pay for her to have tests, I would not have sent here there. He did nothing, but they did say I could pick up a refund for the money I spent as I was not happy. Now, tell me what kind of a Christian person operates a clinic claiming to help those who cannot afford healthcare and then turns his back the way he did. I would not recommend wasting your time. I saw him myself several months back for a routine checkup, and he also drew with a pencil, making no eye contact almost the entire visit. Not what I would call a compassionate and caring physician. I am a Christian person, but feel the clinic is very overrated and Dr. Lightfoot's treatment of my young daughter was far from what I had expected from a man with such rave reviews from the Mobile Register, etc. Very disappointed, especially since I have worked with physicians for over 30 years in hospitals within this area. more

Anyone without insurance knows how you can be treated in a medical setting to make you feel worthless and pretty lousy. At Victory, when you walk in the door you are greeted by smiling, friendly faces and it doesn't stop there. The nurses, doctors and dentist are all fantastic and do a very thorough job examining you and giving you the utmost care in a professional way. I am so glad someone told us about Victory Health Care, otherwise we would continue going on through life without receiving care for any various ailment we've been afflicted with. This clinic is faith-based and there is scripture and pictures of Jesus all over the place. Really makes you feel comfortable. The prayer board they have is fantastic. I am very pleased with Victory and suggest it to everyone, not only to go, but to volunteer if they have a chance. God bless the Victory doctors and staff and all patients who go there. Amen!
