Tried to sell us a car they already sold... 11/10/2011

I just tried to purchase a vehicle through Victory - spent all day back and forth on the phone with their used sales manager who was incredibly hard to get a hold of and slow to respond when they'd promise a return phone call. After getting the paperwork going, the salesman went to get the car and realized the car wasn't on the lot. Apparently it had been sold and no one realized it. We wasted an entire day back and forth on the phone with them, organizing shipping and financing. How could they not realize they were selling me a car that had already been sold?! They then had the nerve to try and sell us another vehicle and tried to tell us they would be 'taking a loss' on it by offering it to us at the price they did when they took a whopping $400 off the price. We had a very negative experience with Victory Chevrolet and will never do business with them. more

Always trustworthy 6/21/2011

Brandon and Bryce Gandy have always been there when we needed them. So glad they were able to keep their Dealership! GM needs these hometown dealers, I like the one on one dealing! The Service Department has some of the best people around, between Chuck, Jon and Nick I have no worries. Always trustworthy, which is hard to find these days, I have no doubt my vehicles are in good hands. -Ricky W. more

They are a great Dealership Sales and Service.. It has been a great Buying experence with them. Better then 2 others I talked to before buying the Camaro.No Hassles/Bottom Line and NEVER acted like I was not serious about the purchase. The service team has been great anytime that I have stopped by even just to get the air in my tires check . They make me feel no matter why I stop by that what ever I need is important. Also the sales department is great .
