Review content:
I just tried to purchase a vehicle through Victory - spent all day back and forth on the phone with their used sales manager who was incredibly hard to get a hold of and slow to respond when they'd promise a return phone call. After getting the paperwork going, the salesman went to get the car and realized the car wasn't on the lot. Apparently it had been sold and no one realized it. We wasted an entire day back and forth on the phone with them, organizing shipping and financing. How could they not realize they were selling me a car that had already been sold?! They then had the nerve to try and sell us another vehicle and tried to tell us they would be 'taking a loss' on it by offering it to us at the price they did when they took a whopping $400 off the price. We had a very negative experience with Victory Chevrolet and will never do business with them.
