worst dealer ever. they tried to add 2,200 to the closing cost and not even tell us. very shady company and i will never do business with them. the gm wasn't helpful and basically blew us off. i would go anywhere but here more

straight answer that actually helped 5/3/2012

I was in the market for a new Volt in March of 2012. I went to the Locate A Vehicle function on Chevy's website and it indicated that Victory had one Volt with exactly the colors and options I wanted. So I grabbed my checkbook and headed to Victory Chevy, but alas, they did not have the particular vehicle I was looking for in inventory (and I found this disconnect was the case with many other local dealers).. Nevertheless, I liked the people I met during my sales experience at Victory.\r I had to get a part for my older Silderado and returned here and had a positive experience. Gary in Parts provided me with excellent service and was knowledgeable regarding what I was trying accomplish. He was interested and wasn?t just there to print my receipt. I had a couple of hard question and received a no bs straight answer that actually helped. more

customer's best interests at heart. 4/3/2012

Dealerships are dealerships, but I have bought 2 cars at Victory Chevrolet and have had a pretty great experience. The service department has always followed up with me when they said they would and the customer service overall is stellar. David in the service department gave me A+ service.\r Kudos to the general manager, as he personally helped me when I did hit roadblocks. \r I believe Victory Chevrolet is a very fair establishment and really do have the customer's best interests at heart.\r I will continue to purchase my cars from them, no doubt about it. more

Very positive experience 4/1/2012

Recently bought through their Internet department. Was quickly given a very competitive quote, which was the quote I paid when I arrived at the dealership. Truly no-haggle, no car sales schtick. Made what can be a very nerve wracking and unpleasant experience as simple and enjoyable as it can be more

I would definitely go to Victory Chevrolet i in a heartbeat 3/18/2012

I drove about 100 miles from Sacramento (where I live) to Victory Chevrolet because they were by far the best in Northern California and I mean it. I contacted about 18 dealerships in Northern CA and petaluma had the best offers and best customer service. Oreste Gonella was outstanding and went the extra mile to get me the White CTS from Southern California. I cannot thank him enough for all his help, he really makes a difference. Unfortunately, he was not at the dealership when I came to get the car. I was in a hurry that day and did not have too much time to go over all the features and ask too many questions. I will probably have the car serviced closer to my home even though I do not have a very good opinion about the dealerships in Sacramento and Roseville. Overall, if i had to buy it again, I would definitely go to Victory Chevrolet i in a heartbeat. Oreste was the best car salesman I ever dealt with. Please thank him again. more

I purchased my Chevrolet Tahoe this December in Petaluma. My buying experience was the best I have ever had. The sales associate, Oreste Gonella provided the most outstanding service I have ever received out of all of my vehicle buying experiences. He was extremely professional and honest. Oreste and Victory Chevrolet staff made sure that every question I had was answered promptly. He was also not pushy like most auto salesmen are. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and will recommend you to all of my friends and family looking to make a wise auto purchase decision. Good dealership, great finance guy 2/6/2012

I came here on a Friday and there were quite a few people. Gentlemen approached and asked if I needed help. I simply responded no just looking. I walked around for 15 minutes saw a used Fusion I was interested in asked the same guy for help (super embarrassing, but I do not recall his name, even though he told me at least twice). Test drove the car, and after a healthy negotiation I went home to think it over. I came back Saturday morning and signed the paperwork. They were not pushy and gave me the space I asked for, of coarse they tried to get me to buy the car on Friday more than once, but I do understand it is their job. I had my own financing, they did half a point better and I am happy camper. more

In all our years of buying many new cars and used, Oreste Gonella is the best I have dealt with, what I loved is he never pressured, pretended, he got answers and was not pushy and check back with us a few months later and that is what sold us on her first. He is professional, personable and highly honest. I have never liked a car buying experience until now. He will get all our business and I will tell anyone they should go to him. more

They really impressed me! 11/28/2011

Yesterday I was driving down 101 going 65mph and my steering wheel seemed to lock up with no warning. My power steering light came on on my dashboard and the next several minutes were slightly scary as I worked to maneuver myself off the highway. Luckily, I was able to get off the road safely. With some research online, I learned that my car had a power steering recall from Chevrolet. I called Victory Chevrolet based mostly on the fact that it was the closest dealership to where I was. They dispatched a tow truck, came and got my car and made sure I had a safe ride home. Within a few hours, they had diagnosed the problem, fixed it and sent a shuttle to pick me up and take me to pick up my vehicle, which is now working perfectly again. They did all of this (tow truck and shuttle included) with no hassle whatsoever. I was super impressed by the level of professionalism and speed with which this matter was handled. We purchased a new 2012 Malibu shortly afterward and had an excellent experience as first-time owners of a Chevrolet. Jonathan was our salesperson. He was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, considerate and thorough from the time he arrived that afternoon with the car, going back and forth between his office and our home when necessary, until we signed the documents and took delivery of our new Malibu about 9 p.m. -- all without our leaving the comfort of our home! Jonathan has gone above and beyond the call of duty for us both times that we have worked with him. Victory Chevy management gave their excellent backing too and have also been very fine to us. more

Friendly, efficient and quick 9/11/2011

The guys are beyond helpful and are knowledable of all things Chevy, they have helped me keep my car running for years, but I have never actually purchased a car from them until now If it weren't for Victory Chevy, I would be without a brand new Malibu. in general, we didn?t spend more than a few hours and I look forward to bringing in my new car for an oil change. more
