Amazing All Inclusive Wedding 7/13/2011

We got married at Victoria's Wedding Chapel May 13, 2011. John Foster was our coordinator and he made our experience from planning to the wedding day an amazing experience. We are from Canada and I totally relied on their website for pictures and description of their services to book our wedding and I was not disappointed. A few days before the wedding I had a chance to see the Chapel and Cocktail Room where our reception was being held and it was so beautiful I was in tears. They took care of absolutely all of the details. If your looking to have an upscale classy wedding that offers all inclusive packages for an affordable price this definitely the venue you should choose. The staff, decor, DJ and food was awesome and they created such wonderful wedding memories that we never forget. We would highly recommend them!! more

Victoria's staff was great! 5/9/2011

I got married yesterday at Victoria's. I could tell it was a super busy day because there were a ton of guests in the lobby according to my husband. We got married in the outdoor pavilion. It was super windy so we couldn't use the runner which was kind of disappointing but understandable. The ceremony was beautiful. The offer a rose exchange to honor moms which was such a great idea. My mom definitely cried! Everyone was so friendly and I swear they all knew who I was because I came in all the time to talk abou the details. It went smooth. The matre d was really attentitive to me and my husband. The food was so yummy. We upgraded our penne a la vodka to have the chicken scampie. I wish I could have taken it home, it was so good! The DJ had everyone dancing. I definitely reccomend! more

Thank you so much Victoria's Family! I was very excited to have my wedding at your location. I have been looking at your website and the pictures looked so nice. My family enjoyed the unlimited bear, wine and soda and everyone kept complementing on what a gorgeous location I chose. I was a bit nervous because we lived in LA at the time and I didn't know what to expect. They didn't let me down. The food was AMAZING. The staff made my guests laugh. They were all so friendly. Best Day Ever!! 4/3/2011

We had our wedding in March on the patio and then a reception in the Embassy Terrace. It was such a great ceremony! We started planning about 4 months ago with John and were so amazed with everything. He went above a beyond. Everything was so simple and easy. The food was great and all of our guest had a great time at the reception and danced the night away!! We could not have asked for anything else! We would like to send a big thanks to the team at Victorais AND John for making our day great! more

Read this if considering Victoria's Family as your wedding venue! 3/29/2011

Short story is that they messed up my ceremony horribly even though i gave them a fricken script, there was supposed to be a rose ceremony for the mothers and there were no roses, someone came in the middle and just threw some roses into the bushes. I had a special song i wanted to walk in to and i gave the maitre-de the exact time i wanted to walk in and she totally messed that up it looks so random on the video, the video of the ceremony sucks. THEN before the reception even started while we were taking photos she randomly told one of our guests that we had too many people there and we needed to pay more when in fact we paid for 75 people and there were only 67 people there! AND that guest happened to be my aunt and grandmother, they ended up leaving before they even ate! fearing that we would have to pay more! it was terrible! Best in Vegas. 3/7/2011

My wife and I had our wedding at Victorias a few months ago and we could not ask for better service! The staff (from the servers to the coordinator) was above and beyond our expectations and we let them know that. The food was amazing, and honestly I was surprised with how amazing it was. The DJ played everything we wanted. The photos were great and we got them earlier than we believed we would. Victorias was one of our top picks before we eventually decided on going with them, and my wife and I KNOW we made the right decision! more

The chapel did a great job in planning our reception. Food was amazing...I am still craving the pasta!! Staff was great, very friendly and April was the best. She made me feel very welcome and calm for the big day! I would recomend this place for any wedding and reception! more

Memorable 25th anniversary 3/4/2011

Our coordinator encouarged me to write a review. My wife was very persistant in having a 25th wedding anniversary. She didn't like the chapel but she was in love with the outdoor pavilion. She found Victoria's Family at the bridal expo where we got to meet Michael, the owner. He was the nicest guy around and even threw in a free limo. I was happy with the unlimited beer, wine and soda. The unlimited food was delicious. Everyone kept going to the buffet and there was still a ton of food left. Great place. more

Great time 3/4/2011

Victoria's Family treated me like family. Every single person I came in contact with there was always in a great mood. The Maitre D and DJ were so much fun. The food was amazing. You always get a little nervous about what food is going to taste like when you never been there but they offered me a food tasting after I booked. The meatballs and the cream cheese puffs were my favorite appetizers and their chicken cordon bleu was so yummy. I wouldn't have changed a thing. more

My wedding 3/4/2011

These old reviews are so wrong! I got married at Victoria's just yesterday! Victoria's Family did exactly what they promised. They treated us like family! I'm from out of town so I wasn't sure what to expect. My husband is in the military and John, the general manager really took care of us because of that. He really went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed from the beginning so there was no confusion. I really reccomend anyone to Victoria's Family! Very sweet. The new staff is great :) more

Don't waste your time!!!! 9/17/2010

The problem I had with Victoria's Wedding was the Hair salon Goldie Locks they recommended and the photographer. Both were terrible!!! Neither did what I wanted. The Hair Salon was so bad they Ran over the time and I was rushing to get ready. The photographer took terrible photos and all of my Back! After everything was said and done and I look back it was a mistake to book with Victoria's family. If I knew then what I know now, I would have booked somewhere else. Please Brides and Grooms to be do NOT Have your wedding here, It's not worth the hassle and being upset. Take it from me, My wedding day was not a happy experience!!! more

Horrible experience 3/3/2010

I would never recommedn this company to any bride. We have had so many problems. We have been waiting for a wedding video for 5 months and counting. They said it would be ready in 6 weeks. We have been onthe phone with them once a week, and they keep saying it will be there. Nothing shows up. They keep giving excuses its in the mail, or the person is busy, or they forgot. Nice service. Wer have not received on phone call or any apology. It has been a nightmare. They have no problem taking our money. I wish I read mor of these blogs so I new better. I hate being used. more

Unprofessional 1/20/2010

Please from bride to bride don't make the mistake at booking your wedding with Victoria's Family Wedding Reception. Make sure you do your research before booking anything in Vegas. It was truly a scam. Victorias Family cost me $12,000 for the full wedding reception package. We had to put at least $5000.00 down for the 110 people reception room. We booked our package in the spring & had our wedding on 8/15/2009. I contacted victorias in June informing them we need to change the reception to the 50 people hall due to the economy know one was able to make it, however, they informed me it was too late & that I had to keep the package I first ordered. What a crock that was, I would've saved $5000.00 if they would've just changed it but no they were greedy suckers! Anyways the reception was not bad, the food & services were good, until the videographer dropped the camera & missed 50 minutes of my reception!!! I waited 4 months to get my wedding video back & what I received was absolutely not more

Avictorias Wedding Chapel is not honorable 9/11/2009

My thoughts on Victoria's Wedding Chapel -- just plain greedy.\r \r My fiance and I booked our wedding at Victoria's for OCTOBER 2010 after looking at a number of different places. Shortly after booking the venue, many of our family members who live on the East let us know that they were experiencing financial hardship and didn't anticipate things getting better in time for them to make plans to attend our wedding. Our guest list evaporated and we realized we would have to consider another option. With the date more than ONE YEAR in advance, we thought Victoria's would be understanding and refund our deposit. WRONG. These shady sleeze bags want to keep the entire deposit even though its more than likely they will book that date. My co-ordinator already let it slip that they have another wedding scheduled for that date. Its not as if we canceled because we found a better place -- why hold a ceremony and reception when no one will be able to attend? more

Not worth it! 5/19/2009

Wedding's are the one day that it's all about you! As the Bride I felt unimportant and upset at the treatment given by the staff at Victoria's. As a local I researched and viewed many Chapel's I though Victoria's had a "Special touch" and they didn't. The wedding was beautiful thanks to the Minister. The reception was "work" I had to ask and request that we follow the sheet we had pre-written for the format. the cake was cut late and many guests had to go- the dances didn't happen and it was just bad! lack of communication and commitment from Chapel to see that this was a special day! more

All inclusive 4/20/2006

I looked here for my wedding and also went to a wedding there as well. I loved that fact that its close to the strip on a major street easy to find. Its cute not really my style so I chose a different facility. However the packages were GREAT everything was included very easy for the bride. The food was okay but the set-up at the El Cribe location was beautiful. I fit my friends LARGE mexican wedding with 300 guests. I highly recommend this facility. PROS: all inclusive, great location CONS: food is okay, the chapel is just okay as well more

I was invited on my best friend wedding last year at Victorias. I like the place. The ceremony and the reception was held in separate rooms but they're close to each other. There are a little garden with a pond outside. The wedding decoration was very pretty. They offer awesome wedding packages. However, the wedding worked out so well. more
