Why is my wife's email being sent this message 1/12/2017

I had a very good experience yesterday getting my oil changed and tires rotated, although it did cost me close to $20 more than an oil change at the dealer. Vic's went above and beyond to help me service my car. They actually found a part for my car from a dealer in town, went to get it themselves, and had my car fixed in a timely manner. Great service and great people. more

Tire Service 10/20/2016

We have purchased tires for two of our vehicles at Vic's. We live in Siloam Springs, but make the drive to Ft. Smith due to the trust we have in this business. We follow their recommendation for the scheduled free rotation. All questions or concerns have always been addressed in a friendly manner. This business has earned our trust. more

JUST RECENTLY MOVED BACK TO FORT SMITH, SO HAPPY I STOPPED IN @ VIC''s TO HAVE MY TIRES CHECKED.I KNEW SOMETHING WAS WRONG, THEY CHECKED THEM AND SPIN BALANCED THEM AT VERY REASONABLE RATE.I WILL TRUST THEM WITH ALL MY TIRE NEEDS AND PERHAPS OTHER AUTO NEEDS. more

I prefer supporting local businesses because I usually get better service than from chain stores. Vic''s is definitely no exception! I purchased my tires there several months ago and had to come in for a flat repair. I was also pretty close to a balance and rotation so they went ahead and did that as well. I like the home town feeling and excellent service. more
