The guys did a great job and made sure they got it right even though it took longer than the "standard" time. They only charged for the "standard" time. I appreciate the desire to make sure it's the best it can be. more

Great service - Saved me money 10/21/2010

My second time using Vic's Precision Automotive - have been very happy with both experiences. This visit, I came for tire mounting and brake service. Turns out that I still had serviceable life left in the pads and therefore was not charged for unnecessary work. Love this place. I did experience a problem when I picked up my vehicle (rough idling - entirely new symptom) but I brought the car back and they assigned a technician right away. They spend nearly 30 minutes cleaning the throttle body but did not charge me a cent. They seemed far more concerned with ensuring a happy and satisfied customer than making an additional $70. Did I mention that I love this place. I'll be back. more

Vic, as always your front office team is very accomodating and resourceful on vehicle maintenance. Steve takes time to review, make suggestions and address any concerns upfront. Never has anyone attempted to sell me on a service repair or preventative. I am made aware of what to watch for and how such a repair would be corrected when I am ready to move forward. That my friend, is service I count on and have no reservations when sending our daughter to Vic's as well. Thanks for a great job! more
