I want to express how much I have appreciated Vicki over the years. I actually spent a quarter of my life living in houses that she's managed and I have no doubt that those years would never have been as memorable and pleasant had I not been so fortunate as to meet her. I sincerely think the world of her and her business as well, and I will forever be a reference for both. more

The Best! 5/12/2014

We have rented under Vicki Berg Properties for 10 years- whenever there’s a problem she’s prompt on them. Also gives notice for icy weather and has the heat and air serviced every 6 months. We’ve been very satisfied renting under her. more

I am very pleased with the service they have provided me in the ten plus years they have been managing my properties. They answer the phone when I call, have the contacts and infrastructure to deal with problems when they arise, and provide excellent monthly and year end documentation for revenues, expenses, etc. more

Takes great care of my duplex 2/3/2014

I have been a tenant of Vicki Berg for over six years. Vicki is my favorite landlord rating a 10 in my book. My duplex is well cared for, with a regular maintenance schedule which includes mowing. She responds quickly to the few issues I’ve had and is always available and cooperative. The four duplexes she owns in my neighborhood have always had very pleasant tenants. \r \r Best of all she’s nice. more

She's been great to me 1/28/2014

Vicki has been great with me. The property I rent is extremely well taken care of. Any maintenance issue I have had has been resolved right away. Our air conditioner and furnace was also just replaced and it was done so with a high quality energy efficient Trane XB13 system. There are many cheaper made units out there that she could have opted to install, but she chose one that would also help lower my utility bills and provide more reliability. she also has regularly scheduled maintenance of the furnace, A/c, and has the chimney and dryer exhaust vent inspected and cleaned out each year. In the previous apartments i was living in it was like pulling teeth to get anything done. Not with her. The servicemen she contracts out for the repairs are professional, quick, and perform quality work. If i did need to relocate again, first thing i would do is contact her to see if she had properties that meet my location needs. more

Understood where I am coming from 1/20/2014

I have been renting from Vicki for almost a year now, and intend to do so. She has never been rude to me, nor has anyone in her office. She is down to earth and a straight to the point person. She is realistic and understood that our credit was poor, and seemed to take more into consideration the proof of perfect rent payment record for the 2 years we were at our previous residence. more

Bet property management company I have ever rented from. She gets any problem with the property fixed faster than anyone else I have ever rented from If I ever have rental properties that need looking after, I would pick Vicki Burg in a heart beat. more
