I am so pleased with Dr. Vicari. He's very happy to explain the pros/cons, necessity (or lack thereof) for braces. We had appointments with 2 other orthodontists before we found Dr. Vicari. The other doctors wanted to slap braces on our kids without taking the time to discuss the cost v. benefit. Dr. Vicari has spent lots of time working with our 3 children helping us make informed decisions on what path to take for each child. We ended up doing nothing for our oldest, a retainer for our middle child and extensive work for our youngest. I also like how he encourages the kids to be responsible for themselves. I completely trust Dr. Vicari!
