Worst

When Dr. Ereio owned the practice, it was GREAT! I don't know who owns it now but I'm just about done with this place. Would give negative stars if I could. It took 6 weeks before...

Great place for your pets. Doctors and staff so nice and caring. They even let me leave my 2 cats today while I went across the street to get a haircut. That way I wouldn't have to go all the way back home and come right back to the same area. more

Visited Vetxpress for the first time today. Let's just say....I WILL BE BACK....the staff is very friendly and helpful and you can tell they really love what they do and have extreme affection for animals. The cost was acceptable, not outrageous like some other vets I've been to. Also, they dont try to ""talk you into"" getting a procedure done or make other purchases. They tell you what they think is necessary and let you make your decision without any pressure or guilt tactics. My husband and I have been looking for a new Vet for our ""kids"" and I can gladly say I think we have found it in Vetxpress. Thanks guys!!!!! :) more

I have taken both my cats to vetXpress multiple times. Dr. Ereio and his staff are awesome. They all love animals and make you feel at home. I am traveling across the country with my cats, and they have been very helpful with finding the right medication and giving me advice to help keep them from experiencing anxiety. Their prices are reasonable, too. If I weren't moving, vetXpress would be my lifelong veterinary clinic. more

vetXpress is an awesome place to take your pets to. They are all professional, genuine and just wonderfully nice people. These are the types of people you'd want around your human children as well as your animal children. They know me by voice and by my mother who loving takes my angel there. They've always taken great care of him and have given me needed advice on his special needs. We need to clone them and have more vetXpress' all over. more

When my dobie's face blew up in just a couple hours time, I paniced. I had JUST found their ad in valpak and called to get him in. My dog isn't a fan of men, but he loved Dr. E!! He got down on my dogs level, checked him out and came up with a treatment plan I could afford.\r \r Then just a week and a half later, my poor baby wasn't lifting his head. I called again and they got him in in an hour. Even though he wasn't feeling well, he STILL jumped up to the counter to greet the ladies behind the desk. Once again, Dr. Burchett got down on the floor to check him out and once again, an affordable treatment plan was made.\r \r He is excited to go there, it's amazing! He has never felt so relaxed at a vets office. I can't say enough about the staff, they truely love animals and their people. There is NEVER any judgement about what you can afford for your pet, they just work with you to take care of them. I will be a customer for life! \r \r One last thing... I'm very pregnant right now, and they walked my dog to my car AND lifted him in for me. Thanks Ladies!!! more

I came all the way from Fredericksburg to see Dr. Burchett. She always takes her time with my dogs and I never feel rushed. My dogs feel very comfortable with her. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly! more

Great Vet!! 2/23/2012

They were great! The staff treated me like I was a good friend and they treated Ryker (my Husky puppy) the same! I called them 3 times in one day asking questions that I'm sure were very obvious, but they were so nice and never made me feel like I was bugging them. Their monthy payment plan is definitely worth it because I have had to get some unexpected things for Ryker and I have saved a lot of money already. I will be a customer as long as I have animals!! more

Great Vet! 2/16/2012

Dr E (or Dr O as I have mistakenly called him) has seen my dog for some 14 yrs and helped her through addison's. When she was going through some big health issues, Dr E looked through all the emergency vet files and gave me some opinions that helped me make some big decisions. Bella is doing great now and I would strongly recommend Dr E to anyone. more

OUTSTANDING VET 2/1/2012

First I would like to say Dr. Ereio's office staff is barnone th best i've ever seen in any vet office i've been to ever and as for the man himself he's just over the top caring and loving to all the animals that come through his doors and he's a wonderfull doctor.. I wish i was a animal i'd go see him..lol. If he was a people doctor he'd be who i'd want.. We have a cat that we recused from our backyard almost a year ago and now the once tiny sickly kitten is almost a yr old and fat and healthy and that's in part thanks to the wonderful care and attention Dr. Ereio's staff and the man himself gave to our little happy bunde of spoiled kitty. what's even better about this amazing vet is the care you get when you walk the door you know your in good hands they have a wonderfuly clean office you don't know your in a vet's office their's no smell and the best part is they all give your pet love and hugs and all the kisses they can handle. I highly recomond them to anyone looking for a place that you want to know your furry family member is well cared for.. so don't walk RUN to VET EXPRESS you wont be sorry you did.. :) more

Professional, Affordable and Caring Vet 10/27/2011

I've had lots of pets and seen lots of vets. Dr. Ereio and his staff are the best! He seemed very knowledgeable and upfront about cost and treatment. I didn't have to wait long at either appointment. It was super affordable which is great for someone like me with multiple pets who need frequent vet care. The price was great but I was more impressed to find a vet who actually listened to me and helped me find a viable solution instead of making me feel horrible for not consenting to very expensive treatments. The staff all seemed to genuinely love my dog. And she loved them too which is a big deal since she hated our previous clinic. I'll never dread going to the vet again. more

Professional, Affordable and Caring Vet Service 9/16/2011

I am in the Military so we move around and have been to several Veterinarians in various cities and have never found a Vet service as PROFESSIONAL or as CARING with prices as fair as they are at VETXPRESS in Colonial Heights, VA. more

So much better than the others... 7/5/2011

I have been to a LOT of vets due to frequent moves. I've been doing animal rescue and have been boarding and pet sitting for a long time. There are a lot of vets out there that I refuse to go back to after the first visit. That is definitely not the case with VetXpress. They are, in a word, awesome. They are upfront and honest with you, and you never go away with a bigger bill than you were expecting. The love they exhibit for both animals and people is amazing. I felt comfortable with them from the moment Julie answered the phone. Things that they did for me that I felt were extraordinary they viewed as just doing their job. I felt they understood my situation with compassion and no judgements. I have driven over an hour to visit a good vet, and if Dr. E and his staff are ever far away from me, I will not hesitate to travel to them. Yes, they are that good. more

Best vet in Richmond area 6/9/2011

Dr. Ereio and his tech (Caryn) are totally awesome. Excellent quality care w/very personalized service. I've had many vets over the years, and Dr. Ereio is, by far, the best. Colonial Heights might be a little out of the way, but definitely worth the visit. HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. Thank you!!!! more

Phenomenal Pet and People Service 5/27/2011

Being new to the Fort Lee area I was worried about establishing new service at yet another vet...not anymore. Everyone one there was upbeat, friendly, and funny. It was a great experience for my animal and my family. We walked out of their office talking about how great they were! Thank you for caring and being truely excited to do what you do! Five Star Service!!! 5/18/2011

The Fort Lee Vet Clinic referred our family to Vet-Xpress & I am so glad they did! They have exceeded our expectations from the first visit! Not only is the pricing competitive, but the entire staff is incredibly friendly & knowledgeable. They are also conveniently located & only minutes from our home! I am a rookie pet owner and they were very patient and thorough in answering all my questions. Dr. Ereio and his staff seemed to really care about our puppy, Neela, as well our pocketbook! ;) They offer ""pet insurance"" which we signed up for and LOVE!! Thanks again Vet-Xpress! Best Ever! 5/14/2011

I am so glad I made the decision to switch to vetXpress! From the minute we walked in the door we received affectionate and compassionate care! I've been to 3 vets in the local area and this is by far the friendliest and most caring place I've been. All the staff loved on my dog and made her feel loved! It was obvious they love on all their pets because Dr. Ereio and Caryn were both very hairy ;) Thanks for the affordable and amazing care! more

Dr. Ereio, Caryn, Julie, and Maria are what makes the difference at this professional, fun, caring, and affordable veterinary clinic! As soon as you arrive you can feel the compassion and love they have for all animals. They also work hard to take care of you too.
