Trustworthy, professional and great value! Joe and his first class team are the best!\r I was faced with a tough diagnosis from a dealership after a routine oil change. So I asked some friends who I should talk to for a 2nd opinion. And everyone enthusiatically said Joe Vettore!\r So I drove 40 minutes to have Joe and team look at my minivan hoping the dealership had wrongly diagnosed the work needed. Joe lifted the minivan and actually had me come out to his amazing clean shop floor so he could show me the problems. And here is the cool part - he explained what the problems were, what the risks were, and his opinion if it was worth fixing (higher mileage vehicle).\r \r Before Joe answered if he thought the repairs were worth it, he said there are two other areas to check for structural integrity. I went to Vettore's years ago for a motor replacement. Was told that motor was very difficult to get and would cost a total of $3200 which included the $400 installation fee. I happen to be in Autozone and they quoted me a price of $1300 for just the motor with a 10K mile warranty and would have it in less than five days, not a bad markup for Vettore's. I didn't have the work done. \r \r On 10/11/10 my mom had her car in Vettore's for repair of the catalytic converter at about $250 and they told her she also needed new front brakes for about $250 because it was almost to the dangerous condition of metal to metal. I told her I can replace them and went and bought the parts for $69.60. When I started the work I compared the new pads to the old ones, the old ones were at 50%, nowhere near the metal to metal condition she was told. The way she drives she has about two years left on these pads. \r \r I would never recommend them to anybody that doesn't know anything about vehicles. more

I took my car in to be looked at. The guys there were very nice and friendly, the place is neat and clean.They told me what was wrong, I took it back and gave them my keys. Three days later i went to pick up my car and they "didn't get around to my car" or calling me and so i wouldn't have waisted my 1/2 hour driving to pick my car up. So i came back an hour later, like i was told. They still did not have it done but said it was ok and i could leave it there orbring it back another time. They are nice and might be worth the $$$$ they charge but not worth my time. PROS: nice people, who know what they are doing CONS: i guess they get to busy more
