The doctors and staff at VCS are exceptional! They are outstanding at what they do. The doctors are dedicated to their clients and families...staying late to take care of cases instead of going home to their own families. I highly recommend them! If it wasn't for them, we wouldn't have known my dog had Tetanus and she probably would be worse off then she is. If I ever have an emergency, this would be the first place I would take my pet. more

Best veterinary care around I have a lot of animals and the folks at VCS do an extra-ordinary job caring for each one. They are there for me 24/7 and as 24 hour hospitals go they are very reasonably priced. Their doctors really take time with my pets and answer all my questions. more

This place saved my cats life. My cat had a blockage and could not pee. I called two other places and they wanted cash or check up front. This place let me make payments. They cared more about my cat then the money. I would not go any where else. more

Wow! Amazing veterinary care! Over the weekend I had an unfortunate event with my beloved 4yr old Golden Retriever, Katie. Katie, bless her heart, has a passion for food, therefore she ate an entire 6# ham and followed up with some dessert, the entire chocolate cake! As a result of her gluttonous ways, she bloated. I rushed her to Veterinary Care Specialists in Milford, MI and they were simply amazing! I was freaking out, but they were on it. They not only saved her life, but they were kind and understanding with me, the completely freaked out pet owner. I cannot say enough about the great care both Katie and I received. If your ever in a situation, trust me, Veterinary Care Specialists is the place to go! more

Our Sweet Rusty Bear VCS is a wonderful 24 veterinary hospital with an exceptional staff. When we found out our Rusty Bear had bone cancer, they came to our rescue and helped him when no one else would because of financial issues. They even did surgery the day we went in for just a consultation because they didn't want him to have to wait. We couldn't have asked for a better clinic or better care for our baby boy! They took such good care of him and gave us constant updates even in the middle of the night (Like we requested)! Rusty made a lot of good friends at VCS and they treated him like a VPD (VPI, but dog)! Thank you for your warmth, caring and extreme generosity! We will never forget all that you did for us and our sweet boy! more

My puppy goes there. I got the puppy package which ended up being the cheapest for spaying and shots out of everywhere else around (I called around) and i've had no problems with them so far. I also like it because if there is an emergency (they're open 24 hrs.), my baby's file is already there. As soon as we walk in they all know her by name and everyone I've talked to has spoken understandable English. I also work in the Milford area and everyone I've talked to about this place has said it's a good vet so I've never talked to anyone that had something bad to say about it. It must have gotten better since '07 (seeing the older reviews), because I would recommend this vet. more

Thank you for the compassionate care you provided to Pollo after his run-in with a foster greyhound. He has improved significantly since being stuck on his belly in an aquarium. He gradually began to sit up and use his legs, and now he is able to perch again. He is in a modified cage with soft floor because still isn’t 100 percent yet. His right leg and foot work better than his left, but he is now walking and using his beak only occasionally to pull himself. He loved all the spoiling and attention he got while recovering and his happy spirit has not faltered. Thank you for all your love and attention! more
