I have used three different pool services. Veterans is BY FAR the most professional and dependable. I am so glad I saw their truck. I have made requests and they are completed with excellent support. Thank you for all your help in keeping my pool from being green EVER. more

i have used Veterans Pool Service for three years now.i have a Salt Water System. My Pool never Look So GOOD. Veterans check the Salt Number weekly and add salt as needed. They clean my Salt Cell without me asking them. i dont have to worry about my pool at all. I like when they bill me they send out a self addressed envelope. Veterans pool Svc has something wrong with it. Today is a Sunday 2 weeks after I started with them. Within three days of them starting the pool turned very dark green. The PPM chlorine the day after they 1st came was 0. Roger had the nerve to ask me if my test kit worked. I kept it at 3PPM when I cared for the pool. He claimed on Sat he put 6lbs of Chlorine in the pool. On Sunday there was 0 PPM again. I fired him today. He claimed I needed a new filter and there was no algae in my pool. WRONG. There is mustard algae all over my pool today (again, 1 day after he supposedly put 6lbs of shock in it). Pros: Available when called Cons: They are either incompetent or liars. There is no way he cleaned my pool and put 6 lbs of shock in it in the last 2 days. He knew I was out of town...my wife was not. She saw him ad NOTHING. She watch more

This company is the worst that you could ever imagine. They're knowlege of pool equipment & repair is very , very limited. 'Cutting corners' is also another of the many problems we have encountered with this company !. If you want a clean & well maintained pool......GO WITH ANY OTHER COMPANY !. I know that many others have aswell. more
