I have always used Vetcare with my pets and so has my family, ever since I was a child. Over the past couple of years, the front staff has changed significantly and not for the better. They are not friendly. I recently had a puppy with parvo enter the hospital. The entire time she was there, I felt that I was being lied to. She was there for five days, including a weekend, and when I called to ask about what my options were for covering the bill, I was spoken to in a degrading manner. They didn't seem to care or understand that I didn't have 706 dollars laying around.\r

Out of those negatives, there are positives. I love the doctors. They are the best that I have ever seen.
