when i called vern to come get my jeep when it was disabled, they refused to do it. we were out 4 wheeling west of utah lake on a dirt road that i had seen cars (yes actual cars) on earlier that day. i described to them exactly where we were and what shape the dirt road was in, and they still came up with excuses as to not wanting to come and get me. my favorite quote of the conversation was ""why are you making this my problem?"" \r

well needless to say i will NEVER be calling them again, regardless of the situation. the next day i called Evans & Sons Auto & Towing in salt lake city (801-975-9422) and they came out and got me with no problem. i would recommend them to anyone. fair price, reliable, speedy, and super friendly. \r
