Verdugo pet grooming is the best...... The owner is so nice, so kind. His grooming is very nice and clean. He is the only one who I trust my dog. Also the price is very good, not expensive. Highly Recommended! more

I have been using Verdugo Pet Grooming for 9 years. The owner is always pleasant and professional, my dog is always happy to go back, so that tells me they treat him very good. His grooming is always very nice, they clip his nails and clean his teeth without any pain to my dog, I am always impressed on their ability to handle such a big dog with such ease and their prices are suitable to my budget. more

Dirty, scary and creepy 8/19/2010

I agree with nycpetlover. This is the first review I've ever written, so this place being so bad, I had to write. The owner or manager was a bit rude, grabbed for my dog's leash before I even said OK to the services. He charges the same amount as a professional groomer, but it's clear as soon as you enter that the whole operation is sub-par. It looks like something out of a horror flick, very depressing and I can only imagine how rough the animals are treated. I asked for my dog back and couldn't leave quick enough. Stay wayyyy far away from this place. more

no bueno 8/29/2008

I have had my dog groomed many places...almost always pretty good. I live in NYC and I have high expectations but this guy freaked me out. he pulled a little poodle off of the table by holding the back of its neck and put it in a cage without the care that I would have taken. He then grabbed my dog out of her bag (she is a 5 lb tea cup yorkie) he had her by the back of the neck and I was trying to get him to let go. He grabbed at her and was too rough with her as far as I am concerned. I had a totally bad vibe and took my dog and left. He was a wierdo from the moment we walked in. totally not recomended. Cons: bad vibe more
