I am soooo grateful to the staff at Verandah Properties, namely Tara Chamberlain for her support when I connected with Verandah about several homes I had that were mismanaged - she took over and helped me get the properties turned over to her company and since then (with lots of work and communication inbetween) It's been smooth sailing.....this MEANS SO MUCH as I'm an out of town owner....she provides updated video of properties conditions via You Tube which makes me feel like I'm there and can actually see the current condition of my investments....thank you Verandah and Tara - Joseph Kramer more

Dale N. - As a Property Owner, I cannot praise Verandah Properties enough; I actually started as a tenant renting from Verandah Properties - I have to say that the move out procedure was tough and I was unhappy with the fact that I didn't get all of my deposit back. I then ended up renting my own home on my own and dealing with a tenant directly as a homeowner was a nightmare; I thought of how tough Verandah Properties was with me (although admittedly fair) and I immediately contacted them to be my professional property management company - I am so grateful (in the end) with my experience with Verandah and have been very, very happy with them managing my current tenants instead of me doing it myself! The absolute worst management company in Orlando. I have had nothing but problems from this inefficient organization since renting a unit in Delaney Park in September of 07. Renters and buyers beware!!! I currently am living with a flooded kitchen due to a faulty AC compressor and have been told to schedule my own work order and repairs for this dump of a rental that I am paying nearly a grand for every month....lovely...its a one bedroom one bath with an indoor pool (flooded kitchen) more
