Best Hummus I've ever had!! 10/22/2010

Great food, excellent service and nice atmosphere. When I lived in Dallas, I would pick up their hummus and flatbread to go and take it home for parties. It is SO good. I've taken several friends to the Veranda who swore they didn't like Greek food, but they loved this place. Really worth trying! more

Great Greek cuisine 4/12/2010

I had the lunch buffet, everything was delicious. And afterward, they whipped up an espresso in short order. I wish I lived near Irving, I'd eat here regularly. Pros: authentic food, moderate prices more

Great lunch buffet 8/15/2008

I went to Veranda Greek Cafe in Iriving with a co-worker the other day for lunch and was impressed with the lunch buffet and the quality of the food we had for the price. The cafe is locally owned and operated and the waitstaff was very attentive and accomodating. They did not rush us out and allowed us to sit and enjoy our meal. We had a great lunch and were able to try a variety of authentic Greek dishes. Also, they had a nice bar area which makes me think this would be a great place for dinner. Can't wait to return! more
