Excellent pedicure, will go back, I had Charissa. I LOVED it!!!!!! Great place, They need more late night hours though.

Worst

I would NEVER recommend this spa to anyone, it is the worst I've ever been to. The volume of the music during the massage was so loud that you could not relax, yet it didn't help...

Worst Brazilian bikini wax EVER!!! Do not go here!! The girl Erin did a horrible job, leaving me patchy, very hairy, red, swollen and full of wax. I would have never imagined someone could do this poor of job. I do NOT recommend this place at all!! more

Wonderful-relaxing spa 12/19/2008

I have gone to Venus for nearly 5 years now. I have never had a bad experience. The girls are GREAT! I have taken my mother and grandmother there for mothers day. They were great--since they usually only do couples in the same room. They put all 3 of us in the same room so we would all be together (this was my grams first spa experience--she is now 83). They did my bach. party--which was great! They also worked me in 2 days before my wedding for a friend that flew in from FL and myself--this was the only time we could use to ""catch up"". They did my makeup for my wedding--along with my bridesmaids. Wonderful work! The makeup even lasted through cake all over my face! :) Pros: wonderful wonderful wonderful! more

Would never recommend this spa 12/11/2008

I would NEVER recommend this spa to anyone, it is the worst I've ever been to. The volume of the music during the massage was so loud that you could not relax, yet it didn't help block out the conversations from the reception desk since the walls are paper thin. No matter what treatment room you were in you could hear the conversation in the next room. This spa was suggested by a co-worker who told me they could do a bachelorette party...don't be fooled they do not have the organization or social skills to accommodate such an event. It was embarrassing to take a group to this establishment...none of us will ever return. Cons: Unorganized more

Worst massage ever 10/1/2007

I was so excited when my husband gave me a gift certificate for a massage, but the experience was quite a let down. I was taken to a hot tub room to soak for 30 min, which sounded wonderful. But the water wasn't very warm, so I found the temp gauge it was set at 98 degrees BODY TEMP! it wasn't warm at all. afterward was the massage. I was on the table for 10 minutes before my therapist came in. When she did start the massage it was terrible, pressure was very light when I asked her to go a little deeper there was still no change. And while massaging my back she plopped down on a stool and just rubbed my shoulders. It was awful. Don't waste your $$$ here! Cons: unskilled staff more
