They are all very well experienced, professional and most of all FUN! Great workout, Great trainers 5/14/2010

I've been to a ton of gyms....ymca, peaks, family fitness, but i found at velocity everyone there really knows what theyre talking about and what theyre doing. more

Best work out in Charlotte! 5/14/2010

I've trained with numerous trainers in CLT and I've never seen results like I have training at Velocity Sports Performance. I run cross country and they've helped improve my time and endurance significantly. I don't think I've ever been in this great of shape! Pros: Great trainers & excellent environment more
