Worst

WORST PLACE EVER!!!! Do NOT leave your animals here! If absolutely necessary, have them stabilized, then take them to your regular vet. They will ""DO EVERYTHING BY THE BOO...

Well I was pleased with the hopsital. 10/12/2006

I was very pleased with the care that they provided for a little Nile monitor rescue that I came upon. It was after hours and my regular veterinarians referral hospital was not equipped to handle a sick little lizard. I found my wait time to be minimal and the service was very good. I felt that the cost for the treatment I received was more than fair. The staff seemed comfortable handling her although she was not feeling her usual perky self. I have had a couple of not positive experiences with other hospitals trying to treat my exotics and not having the correct knowledge or equipment, I thought that the hospital was well prepared. PROS: found to be a great deal. good medecine that was not too expensive. CONS: more

Highly Recommend 6/29/2006

They have good doctors and service. They are very professional and take really good care of the animals. They are open 24 hours and have an emergency room. The wait to be seen is about 15-20 minutes. I wish they were a little more affordable but I guess to get quality sometimes it will cost you. The prices are competitive though. PROS: Mostly everthing CONS: wait can be a little long & animal/medical care can be expensive more

State-of-the-art veterinary facility -- this is the place to go if your pet has a major problem. They have a complete surgical staff, and oncology and neurology specialists. The doctors are all very nice and really know their stuff. Their technology is amazingly cutting-edge. The only problem is that you usually have to wait a really long time in the waiting room, even if you have an appointment. They also tend to quote you one price for a specific procedure, and then add on lots of extra littlecharges, which is really annoying. So, if your pet really needs extensive medical attention, he'll get excellent care here. Otherwise, go to your local vet. more
