I had a good experience here. Would definitely recommend this vet. It was a little expensive, but the staff and doctors were very nice and helpful. I called because my cat had a loose tooth. I called at 8 a.m. and they were able to see her at 10 a.m. The tooth had to be pulled and the doctor also suggested having her teeth cleaned. I didn't want her to have anesthesia for teeth cleaning and it just so happened that the guy who does anesthesia-free cleaning was there that day. He's only there once a month and he was able to squeeze my cat into his schedule. The technicians and office staff were very friendly also. My pet has to be on regular meds. I asked if i could get a prescription so i could get it elsewhere to get a better price. (I found it for a 1/3 of what they charge) They said i had to make an appointment with one of the vets even though my pet is their once a month and gets all his regular checkups there. so after i paid for the visit they then decided, 'no' they wouldn't give me the prescription so that i could benefit by getting the exact same medication elsewhere. But they are okay with me bringing in my pet to get the same meds from them for triple the price. It's times like these when you feel like just another number they can make money off of instead of realizing the big picture that we've been going there over 3 years and would've continued, but not now, we're changing vets. Hopefully to someone with a little more compassion about helping pet owners keep unnecessary costs down. What a great Animal Hospital - the customer service was exceptional, This office is always busy and the staff do an exceptional job. The Doctors are amazing. I would recommend this place for your pets care. more
