Review content:
My pet has to be on regular meds. I asked if i could get a prescription so i could get it elsewhere to get a better price. (I found it for a 1/3 of what they charge) They said i had to make an appointment with one of the vets even though my pet is their once a month and gets all his regular checkups there. so after i paid for the visit they then decided, 'no' they wouldn't give me the prescription so that i could benefit by getting the exact same medication elsewhere. But they are okay with me bringing in my pet to get the same meds from them for triple the price. It's times like these when you feel like just another number they can make money off of instead of realizing the big picture that we've been going there over 3 years and would've continued, but not now, we're changing vets. Hopefully to someone with a little more compassion about helping pet owners keep unnecessary costs down.
Pros: convenient location for Glendale
Cons: uncooperative in regards to cost, small parking lot, see comments, doctors not always available
