Went there for a long time and paid their much higher prices. But recently I declined to go to get shots that were NOT necessary. Then yesterday I found my darling Maltese laying in her bed unresponsive and called them and asked to speak to Dr Smith as it was an emergency. He REFUSED to come to the phone and has the receptionist tell me to just bring her in. This didn't help at all an then I see that she wasn?t breathing and had her tongue just hanging out with her eyes open. Felt no heartbeat or breath. She just died on me right there and he would NOT even take a call. Also each time I went in, he tried to sell me expensive exams that had recently been completed fine. They are just GREEDY.
