Vaughan Pools of Sedalia does not have any complaints against us at MO Attorney General. BBB, or on-line. This one person has posted numerous reviews erroneously under our web presence. He claims to have a gunite pool and spa which we do not build at Vaughan Pools Sedalia we build vinyl lined pools. Many sites have removed his compliants against us (Angies list, SuperPages, etc.) as unfounded except this review associated with insiderpages/citysearch (they don' care if falsehoods are spread). \r We pride ourselves in quality building and exceptionl service - if an issue arises we work with the customer to fix it. Come see us and decide for yourself - thousands of other customers can't be wrong. more

Don't let them build your pool! 3/16/2012

This has to do with their construction of a gunite pool, not the retail store. Once you've paid forget about them fixing any problem, and TRUST ME, the entire pool is a $125K problem! Avoid like the plague! Hot tub leaks, both heaters can't run at same time, pool plaster looks like the surface of the moon, auto fill doesn't work, fence swayed in the wind, total rip off! more

NOT for Pool Building 3/15/2012

Wish I had read other reviews, saw complaints against them at the MO Attorney's General Office, MO Better Business Bureau, etc. DO NOT let them build or repair your pool, it will be ruined and defective for life, and after the collect payment, forget about getting the mess they created fixed! more

Looking at the long run 8/30/2010

Prices may not be the best in town but they have always been able answer all of my questions. Last year we were hesitant to pay the price for the winterizing chemicals but we were glad we did. After sitting all winter long and then opening a bit later than we wanted, we took a sample in and expected to have to spend a small fortune in chemicals again to get it started. Were we surprised when they said you are ready to swim. I have tried the cheaper bargain chemicals but the stuff I buy here lasts much longer and in the long run costs about the same. All in all, wonderful service all around and great products too. Sometimes it doesn't pay to go with cheaper. more

I went to Vaughn Pool & Spas and I was able to find everything I needed to get my pool ready to go for the summer. I got all of my chemicals and did not spend as much as I did last year somewhere else! more
