One Hour Facial - Jordan 12/30/2011

I had Jordan for an hour facial and it was THE BEST experience I've ever had at a salon. Everything from the second I walked in the door until the moment I left was wonderful- the service was spectacular. Jordan was attentive and very thorough and I felt like she gave extra TLC to help me relax and thoroughly enjoy the treatment. My skin felt SO much better afterwards and still feels good days later. I would highly recommend her and the Aveda spa. The warm neck wrap was an awesome touch too! more

great hair color and cut 12/24/2011

My hair is greying quickly but i am not ready to give up my highlights...so my colorist suggested going with ash blonde hjghlights. It is perfect! Then my hair cut was just a trim to shape up hair growth differences. The cut is great for my face shape. Thank you Varuna. i am ready for the holodays. more

Relaxing atmosphere. 12/18/2011

I had a haircut appointment at Varuna Aveda and it was a nice experience. Upon walking in, I was offered water or tea, and a warm neck wrap -which was great since it was about 35 degrees outside. The stylist promptly assisted me, took the time to look at my hair and discuss what I wanted, and carefully cut my hair. They offer a good value, especially for an Aveda salon! more

For a pregnancy massage, I would have preferred a table with a hole for my belly, and some face down time. Otherwise my massage was absolutely wonderful & the quiet demeanor of my therapist was perfect. more

Varuna is by and far the best salon in the area. I drive over an hour for services because Varuna is that good! The atmosphere and level of attention are excellent. The specialty spa services are amazing. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend Varuna. more

Consistently Wonderful 12/8/2011

I have been going to Varuna for 2 years and I will never consider going to another salon. I get my hair cut and colored, I have my eye brows waxed, and I receive facial treatments. The ladies are truly professional and their skills are top-notch. The environment is relaxing yet fun and I always feel amazing when I leave. more

Luxurious relaxation. Denise has a magical peace that melts away tension. And the Aveda products, oils feel healing and nourishing. The music and ambience of the room was wonderful. The only thing I dont like is paying for parking. more

Love the Aveda products and the atmosphere. Enjoy the decor; relaxing. Like the tea and neck wrap, too. Great color techniques--my hair feels healthy not tortured. Andi is a down to earth and smart stylist. Would recommend her. more
