Entire Staff 12/1/2011

The entire staff seems to really like what they are doing! I like the fact that the stylist seem to support one another. Everyone pitches in to make the salon the best. I hope they never lose that. more

One Step Color and cut 12/1/2011

Last January I went to an Aveda Salon in Colorado. My hair was a dry and overprocessed; after a consultation, I decided to have the stylist cut my hair short and color it. The difference was amazing; the products are great and my hair has been in the best condition it has ever been in. Once back in Annapolis, I started coming to Varuna. I'm very happy with the results and with my stylist, Hannah Miller. She actually "consults" with me before every visit, and listens to my concerns. She makes suggestions based on what is going on with my hair that month (well water issues, diets, etc.) Can't imagine ever leaving this salon. more

I visited Varuna for a haircut and color. Tracey and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. The space is very relaxing and you don't really want to leave!! more

I was fortunate enough to get a facial from Samantha on Friday. It was the BEST facial I've ever had. She is extremely gifted at what she does. Thank you Samantha for 90 minutes of complete & utter relaxation & bliss :) more

Perfect wedding updo 11/27/2011

Andy did an excellent job of putting my hair up for my son's wedding. It looked great and stayed perfectly in place from 12 noon until I took it down well after 10 p.m. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you, Andy and Varuna Aveda Salon! more

Massage 11/26/2011

My husband and I got a couples massage. My husband said his massage was great. Mine was so so. The girl that gave me my massage was nice but not as strong as I would have liked. Great place and good massage. Just be careful which massage therapist you ask for. more

Great salon 11/21/2011

Tracy cuts my hair on a regular basis. She is very talented, professional, and I am always pleased with how my hair looks when I leave the salon. Varuna Aveda is a very nice place. Everyone is friendly and it is clean. I love the products. They smell so good! I would 100% recommend Tracy and Varuna Aveda in Annapolis. more

I have been a returning customer since this establishment opened. I have always experienced top-flight customer service; consistently, greeted with a warm smile and friendly interaction. Quality of service from the Spa service providers will leave you in a semi-hallucinogenic state and that's a great thing.
