The service was great, I got a call confirming Eli was on his way and at the time I set up. I was pleased with the work and the professionalism displayed.

Maybe get a 2nd opinion 3/21/2017

Called Van's. My furnace was only blowing cold air - no heat. LED indicator said "Limit control switch" problem. Van's guy came and said it was a bad circuit board. Needed to be replaced. $800 ($600 with club membership). Asked if it could be limit switch. Told "No." Called .... for second opinion. Came out. Said "Bad limit switch". Replaced it. Ten minutes later furnace was working again. more

They were fast to diagnose the issues with my furnace. Effective and efficient to get it repaired. All three employees that worked with my furnace or respectable and very appreciative. Will do business in the future. more

New Year's Eve Service 12/31/2016

Woke up New Years Eve. Furnace was out. Called Van's and received a service call within one hour. Needed a new furnace. They installed it that day. Customer service was very good. They explained everything and were very professional in their workmanship. Steve in De Pere. more

Furnace tune up 12/29 12/30/2016

Our service pro Rob was very polite. He checked everything out. The wife and i were preparing dinner, i almost forgot he was there. He suggested a couple maintenance items and I was signing him out in no time. Very pleased!! more

Recent Service Call 12/8/2016

We have been customers of Van's for years and have seen most of their service technicians. For the current problem, Lonnie arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue. He explained the problem thoroughly and recommended a replacement part which was covered under warranty. Great transaction! more

Excellent service and installation. 7/13/2016

New Daikin furnace and central air conditioning unit installed and ductwork cleaned out on 7-12-16. Couldn't be happier especially with the upcoming weather forecast. Everyone from start to finish (Dann H., Steve M., Jason P., Eugene D. and Dan G.) were very professional and knowledgeable. From service and installation, to removal and clean up of old furnace, AC unit, old water heater and dehumidifier as well. Your expertise was well appreciated. Air Conditioning Maintenance 6/29/2016

Derick was very patience with me as I forgot about my appointment and I was at work when he arrived at my house. He had to wait 20 minutes for me to get there and under those circumstance he was very pleasant and understanding. Needless to say due to the work interruption I had to log back on to work. Derick did his work and I barely noticed he was there as he did his maintenance which allowed me to focus on work. more

Air Handler Replacement 6/8/2016

Jason P. and Shane V. did an outstanding job replacing our air handler,line set ,condenser,and adding 2 new duct lines. They listened to all of my concerns and addressed everyone of them completely. I would highly recommend them to anyone for A/C or Furnace replacement. These guys are the go to guys for sure. Best at home service I have ever had. Great Job guys! more

Dann H. did a great job building a rapport with my wife and I and took time to explain the situation that he found inspecting our air conditioner. He was through without being pushy and set up an appointment for us to meet with a "comfort specialist" at our convenience. 5 star rating more

Air Conditioning 5/31/2016

Nick came out at the time he said even though there was a mess on the freeway traveling here from Sheboygan which is 50 minutes away. Nick spent several hours with us describing what Van's would do, and more importantly why. His calculations were spot on to those done by my daughter who has a masters degree in the subject. more
