Drove in w/o appt with tire pressure indicator light on. Samantha Curry and one of the techs quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the tire. Not bad for a Saturday afternoon! more

Awesome service. Would love to have been informed of 30,000 mile maintenance at my 25,000 tune up so that I would've had several months to prepare for the cost rather than being told at the desk the day of. more

Personal service of the service advisors 1/15/2014

Charity Schappe (#881) was so helpful in carefully explaining the service to be done, when additional service will be needed, and related matters. She could not have been more polite, informed, responsive to my questions. One feels the car is in good hands with personnel like her. more

Friendly staff, free wifi and coffee, work done. 1/15/2014

Regular oil change. Service was acceptable speed. I liked the free coffee, wifi, and comfortable lounge. The staff was friendly and they even vacuumed my car floors. Will be going back. more

Replacing 2010 PRIUS 12v battery 1/14/2014

I was very happy that Vancouver Toyota could get me in to replace my depleted 12v battery in very short notice. I didn't have to wait too long ever though the had several people in for service. I am very impressed with there waiting room and the comfortable chairs and several tv for viewing. more

I am always treated very well 1/14/2014

It took the bloom off the rose when I could get the same service at Ron Tonkin in Portland for approx. $25 less. I was quoted $147.79 to replace my cracked belt but Ron Tonkin replaced it today for $$83.76. You also quoted me $175.95 for fuel injection service. Ron Tonkin will do it for $149.95. You've got great leather furniture but I don't want to pay an extra $75 to sit in it. more

I would have to say, I am very impressed with the work they did on my scion tc. It did take a while to get an appointment but I guess that is understandable since they are a large car dealership. The service was good, very nice people. Even got a free car wash out of it all, made me very happy to see my car all clean and happy again. more

I hate buying cars. I went to this dealership because of a used car I had seen on the website. I asked to see it, sat in it, had several controls explained to me, and we took a test drive. The car had been detailed, repaired where necessary, given 2 new tires, and had exactly what I wanted but didn't really expect to find. Nate Taylor has a great manner and doesn't feel the need to pressure. I would recommend him to anyone.
