Great Service 12/16/2014

The service agent Jaime was very professional, friendly, and polite and quickly checked me in and arranged for a shuttle ride home. The work on the car was performed precisely within the time frame given at check-in and they called to let us know so we could arrange to pick it up later. Great service!! more

Car Service was great 9/12/2014

Had a walk-in last Saturday, one of the busiest travel weekends and undoubtedly one of the busiest for this Toyota. But, they had my car done in 45 min or so. My kids played in the kids play area, which is a great incentive to go here as well, while we waited. Car was done in no time as I said and they honored a coupon from Broadway Toyota. Again, excellent service and I don't see myself going anywhere else to get my cars serviced. Everyone was as nice and friendly as they could be. Facilities were in great shape. People continually offered us water, drinks, coffee, etc. Very comfortable dealership. The lady helping me was very helpful. more

The lady I talked with on the phone to make the appointment was very pleasant. Also the service person actually saved me money by having some of what i thought I needed to be done checked by the mechanic first. As it turned out, I didn't need this work done so I was informed of this which was great. It was obvious that the customer was more important than profit which in this economy is noteworthy. more
