Needed appt the next day (on Sat) to have differential and transfer case fluids changed because we were leaving town on long trip first thing on Monday. Very accommodating. We actually arrived about 10 minutes before they officially opened. They invited us into lounge to wait. Most like their willingness to accommodate our needs. more

I called for an appointment, and was told just to bring my car in and the service department would fit me in. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, left happy and with no complaints, Will be back. Did the work quick and fast, reasonable price nice service personnel. Nice to have a computer for customer's use too. more

I feel that you all know exactly what my car needs and I trust you to not take advantage of a widow-lady (not too swift on car problems) thanks for servicing my Avalon very thoroughly. Surprised and grateful! 1/6/2011

Surprised and grateful! My appointment was for an oil service and recall items related to the Prius. They were very accommodating and up front with how long the service would take. They provided me with a car while mine was being serviced. The service clerk made sure my bill was ready when I came to pick up the car. She had forgotten to apply the coupon for the oil service and produced a new receipt and took 10 dollars off for making me wait. I was surprised and grateful! more

Great deal 12/20/2010

I just wanted to say that two employees helped make out shopping experience unique. We intended to only look but they had such a great deal we couldn’t refuse. They quickly completed out transaction and we were on out way home with a new Camry! The dynamite team saved us time on the internet and at other dealerships. It was a great experience for us! more

I thought my front brakes may need replacing. This dealership checked my brakes and found they are still more than adequate. I have gone to this dealership for over four years. They do the work after explaining what they are going to do. There are no surprises, and that is the truth! This dealership provides excellent service. Thank you Vancouver Toyota! more

Spoke with my sale rep Flynn. Very good follow up to make sure I was satisfied. Good individual pleasure to work with. My service advisor Mike Hoff was very Informative and detailed. I was amazed at the comfort of the seating in the waiting room, just a little add note. more
